Anyone ever seen a five star review start with “well, they messed up my order?” Well.. they messed up my order. I ordered a beef n cheddar and a burger because I really wanted to try the burger, but I got a roast beef sandwich instead. Typically I’d just shrug it off and eat whatever they gave me instead (like when other places do it, not saying they mess up my order all the time), but I really wanted to try the burger. So, I went back through the drive thru and of course they already realized they messed up. Well, I go back through the drive thru and it appears they noticed that I’d have to sit there and wait again so they walked out and gave it to me while I was waiting in line. Very nice gesture!Plus they always have a great attitude. Thank you!
It tasted good but the meat was cut too thick.

That day, I had a taste for Arby's. I was not dissapointed. I grew up with this franchise blocks from my house. I really like their food. Curly fries bring me joy.
My door dash is done but I still wait in line for 20 min. I can't dash this store no longer I will deny front door should be open to all employees. I'm not an hrly worker. Paid per job wait in drive thru for lunch meat sandwich this is goofy.
Had an email for a free classic roast beef sandwich with a purchase. I bought their famous jalapeño bites and enjoyed my sandwich!
Friendly staff but they aren't very organized inside. They seemed confused who's order was who's as we watched them moving fries from bag to bag. Also not a big fan of fries sitting in a bag on their counter while we wait for rest of the food. They had 3 other bags on the counter, so in guessing for the 2 cars behind us. They should be kept under a warmer until ready. Which may have also prevented all the bag switching.
