Food is great! It is really great! (Try a taco de papas). Prices are reasonableBathrooms need a little extra attention and the new waitresses need re-training!But…If you want consistently good, authentic Mexican food- this if it!
My husband and I went there for a bite to eat. We ordered four steak tacos, two of them were made wrong they should have been no onion! But they were full of onion. It's obvious the person that took the order on this night didn't understand English very well. Also the steak was so tough. We call back to complain but got no satisfaction. Never again will we go there. Thanks zacataco for ruining our dinner.
Went there today. 5/6/22 at about 11:30 am Ordered a steak burrito with avocado. The order taker said "you don't need avocado". At first I thought she was joking. But to my surprise she wasn't. She refused to severe avocado and then began acting out. Being extremely rude and unprofessional. I calming ask to see the manager. She snapped back and shouted I am the manager. I ask for the name and number of the owner. She refused my request. Alejandra has given Zacatacos a bad name with her negative actions toward loyal customers. She most definably needs more training in customer service.
Zacataco used to be so good when they first opened in the early 2000s. Now, the meat is so dry, and salty. I ordered 2 tacos de asada and a totra and the portions were so small and salty. It's so disappointing.
Tacos is there specialty. Steak is great quality and is cut in very small pieces in taco. Cilantro and onion are topping. GORDITA dinner come with rice and beans. Horchata ice cold doesnt need ice server very profesional and quick. Overall nice place for family dinner.
Tacos were cold seemed to be meat that was on the grill way to long they give you no green sauce and God Forbid you ask for limes you'll get better limes at a bar like who preps if they even do definitely won't be back
Me and my partner stopped by for a bite and even though it was over crowded the servers did their best to take care of us. Good food and tacos!
Like other places after the pandemic price when up and quality when down, each taco is like 4dls, and the taste was not like it used to be. It's still good, but it is not the best tacos anymore
Rice water was cold. Received an extra round of chips. No complaints here!
I order a taco dinner an this is what I got. Two tacos of something I didn’t order and no Guacamole, no salad. And on top of all paid more because there prices are not the same as the menu only, I feel robe! DO NOT RECOMMEND.
