Overall it was a pleasant online order experience in this Starbucks. They were quick. Their drive-thru service is too crowded. I can recommend you to use online order from the Starbucks app for not to wait too much. Here is a very good place for pick up and short visiting.4-5 seats are available to study..also, you can sit outside.Caffe Misto was good ?There is free parking in front of the building.

The customer service was great but we waited in the drive through for 15 minutes.

first of all they had no rush or anything and they struggle to keep a good system. they had me waiting 15 minutes for my drink and i was in a rush. they even messed up my order. people that were behind me had their drinks made first. really bad management i could tell.

Closest Starbucks to me or else I wouldn't bother.Went through the drive-thru today only to be told they don't open until 730am. Honey, it was 7:28am. By 2 mins!? Their hours do not match up at all and their service sucks. Drinks are a hit or miss at this location.

I would like to say that Eric and Ethan are on top of there game I honestly have to say these guys are awesome they know how to make my drink and every time it is perfect they have such nice attitude and truly aim to please they rock !!!!!!!

Often a 30-40minute wait for a simple coffee. Staff are nice and work hard but just not enough of them for the customer volume. Needs increased staffing.

I would like to give a compliment to Sam. Im a very picky coffee drinker and i came in not knowing what i wanted to order. Sam came to the rescue. My only instructions were that i wanted something strong, hot, delicious and large lol and within 10 seconds she creatively whipped up one of the tastiest drinks ive ever had! Thanx Sam!

Poor service. I walk in for service since driveway line was long. Well, we were ignored , I guess they thought they finished the driveway never ending line to care to provide service.. .. I wasn't going to wait for them .. that could be never as customers keep coming for sure. These people need to b trained better customer service and how to work.. some where picking up their failing pants as they were preparing coffee's.

Drinks are good. Depending on what you want on it, it’s trial and error as to what’ll make your drink good. It’s consistent, for me at least, with the drinks and food I order. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because there’s times I get in line in the cafe and the barista working the front counter doesn’t acknowledge my existence until I’m next to be helped. A simple, “hey, welcome” will make me feel like an actual customer. I know the staff is busy so it’s not my biggest complaint. As long as I’m being helped, is what matters. My biggest complaint though is that it’s pricey. I’m spending 20$ on 3 items.Another complaint is that they discontinued the Violet Drink at this location. It was my favorite, I would order almost daily but now since it’s gone from the menu, I haven’t been to this Starbucks as much. If staff on here or any aficionados on Starbucks drinks, wouldn’t mind recommending a drink that’s similar to the Violet drink, that’ll be much appreciated. As for now, if I have a random taste for Starbucks I’ll go, but other than that, I don’t know what’ll have me go order something at this location at a daily basis.
