Tons of seating and very relaxing atmosphere. A lot of pizza places have unfortunately gone downhill with the quality after the pandemic, this pizza chain is one of the few that still taste the same, which of course is a good thing. Definitely recommend you try the dragon wings. Everybody that has tried them say they're the best. Carry out is quick and is always 25 minutes on the dot.
I ordered a burger with cheese fries. I received the cheese fries before my burger which I did not expect. The cheese fries where cold so I returned them. I requested for my burger to be with no tomato, and extra pickles. I received my burger with no pickles with extra tomatoes. I asked the waiter for the pickles. In the mist of her bringing the pickles I pulled off the tomatoes. I noticed it had mold. Because I work with the department of health I refused to eat the food, and returned it. When they brought the pickles it had two different colors which is a indication of them being old. I refused to eat that aswell. I asked for the check, they took forever to take my debit card. When they returned the card with the receipt I noticed it wasn't my card, and they gave mine to another customer. I walked up to the waited extremely upset because it's been nothing more than bad service that became worse. I demanded for her to find my card which she looked clueless. Please people check your food if you go into this place. Take cash if you can because you can easily get your identity stolen
Went here early on a Wednesday afternoon. Not too many customers were there at this time. Our waiter was friendly. We ordered mozzarella sticks, loaded fries, chicken wings and pizza. Everything but the pizza came out super quick. I couldn't believe how fast they came out. The mozzarella sticks were good. Loaded fries were just alright. They use Shredded cheese vs Nacho cheese. I prefer Nacho cheese. The wings were the winner of the appetizers. I'd go back just for the wings alone. We had Garlic parmesan and hot. Not a huge garlic and parmesan taste but they were fried perfectly. I'd go back for the plain with hot sauce on the side. The pizza was just ok. I don't ever have to have it again.
We went here after a show for appetizers and drinks! The appetizers were tasty and the drinks were cold! It was pretty busy but we still got a table in under 10 minutes even though it was a weekend!
I eat out a ton. This place was clean, well decorated and delicious. Our server Katlyn was fast and sweet. Great bone in buffalo wings and one of the best Cobb salads in Chicagoland. This is a great place!
The pizza was delicious. There are a huge number of topping options . The dining area is huge. Multiple big screens throughout. Service was fast and friendly. The other entrees were delicious, served in bowls, with sauces..(we had the Cobb salad and charbroiled salmon (delicious sauce)). There are fish tanks throughout that are beautiful. It was a casual and family friendly fun. A real winner.
The atmosphere is nice, service was friendly, timely and helpful. The pizza was soooo good! It looked like a commercial when it came out and the taste did not disappoint... My friends enjoyed the bowls! They really like the salmon bowl.
I often order food from Paisans but I recently dined-in at the bar and was served by bartender Chris. He was very knowledgeable on all the drinks and was able to recommend tasty ones for me (I'm picky!). He was also able to recommend various items from the menu and even offered great conversation/laughs during my time there. Will be back and make sure Chris is my bartender!
The service was great. My family and I ordered wings, mozzarella stick, and fries for appetizers. It was all fresh and delicious we had a family size pizza and it was delicious. So happy we ended going home with some left over pizza. My husband love the fact that he was able to enjoy the football game while eating.
