If I could give this place zero stars I would. Been there one time and that was enough for me. First the blonde bartender has no good customer service. She almost seemed annoyed when you would ask her for a drink. She was more worried about taking shots with what I assume are her regulars then take care of her customers. Second with only one restroom per person ladies where going in the mens restroom so I decided to go into the women’s restroom. Well I’m sure that made them upset but hey if women were in the “mens” restroom ??♂️ Lastly before I closed out my tab I ordered 4 drinks and asked to close out after that. When I got my bill I saw that I was charged $76 which is not a problem my issue was that when I asked why I didn’t have an itemized bill the blonde bartender immediately became upset and said I had to leave. Why? Because I want to know what I’m getting charged? I was in the industry for 5+ years and I always tip 30% minimum 20% with not so great service. My advice to anyone that is not a local find another spot. They don’t care for your business and by the way I was treated it shows. We couldn’t even drink the last round because I got kicked out.....Update: So they decided to charge me another $20 dollars for transactions that were not authorized. I will be reporting this bar to BBB and letting my CC company know. We will see who has the last laugh as I will be pursuing legal action.
The bartender ladies are not so nice with non regulars. Been there 2x and same attitude maybe 3rd time is the charm??
Don’t go to this bar bad service (Stephanie is money hungry!!) I got kicked out because I didn’t tip her. Mind you I still wasn’t done with my drink to tip her at the end. The door man escorted me out just because of that. I get it everyone needs money but dam let me finish my drink first.
Drinks specials are great! They need a few more bartenders cuz you do wait a while to order.
It's a local bar. It was ok drinking with the locals. Wish they had more TV'S in the establishment.
This is a hidden treasure of a bar. The entire staff from owner to security are all amazing people. Support businesses like this every way possible. Ask for the jugo pepino. (sub soda water for Modelo)
This used to be the spot for a pregame or after work drink with good vibes but a new girl got hired and its the second time that I have to wait over 15 minutes for a drink that never gets made. I understand on a busy day but there was less than 10 people there. She was too busy taking shots with a group of guys that I guess we got forgotten? Sad to say I won't be coming back.
