The beef had great flavor but was a little dry for my liking. I will add they have great service.
When ever my wife and I are in the Chicago area Novi's Beef is a must stop for a beef that is dipped in the beef sauce , the same beef sandwich goodness for over 40 years.
Hands down the best beef sandwich on the planet. Born and raised a 10 minute walk from here, so admittedly biased. This place is a Berwyn community staple and their sandwiches should be classified as national treasures. Get a beef or combo, wet, with mozzarella and giardiniera. Tastes like home.
You could never go wrong at Novi's. Everything they serve is amazing. Starting with their Italian beefs... Mouth watering and they are very generous with their portions.Employees: whatever the owner is doing, keep it up. Their employees are so nice and pleasant, from the cooks to the cashier's... Very friendly!Also, the place is always clean.
Always a problem with order when you go thru drive thru. I ask for a super soaked beef sandwich and don't get it the way I like it but when I go inside and ask for it super soaked I get it the way I like it. Two weeks ago they didn't put the fries in our order. Gonna look for another place.
In this day and age it’s nice to see a restaurant being very liberal in piling on the MEAT! Oh so tasty! They made my beef exactly how I like it! When I picked up the sandwich I thought I was picking up a dumbbell. The fries are old school hand cut potatoes. Don’t miss out and make your way over to Novis
1st time here. I ordered a 6 inch beef combo for my self and cheeseburger combo for my son. I asked if they could make the beef a 9 inch and they were happy to do it. Both the beef and cheeseburger were excellent and service was great. Definitely will be back.

The food is great. But please don’t drive off without fully checking your order. EVERY single time our order is wrong…….. missing sausage……. Missing orders of fries…….. asked for something and got the complete opposite…..Etc. I did call 2 times in separate occasions to let them know before posting this as well. I really hope they can do something about all those small mistakes that add up.
We always get Novi's beef for any family or friends get togethers. Its the best! Fries are the best too!
