Worst experience out of all McDonald’s location I have visited in my entire life. The drive thru line was very slow and the workers can’t cooperate what you say through the speakers. if you want quality service go down the block on Ogden and Amelia to the lyons location much better service at a reasonable pace
Take too long to take care of customer,I was the only one on line 4 workers on the front after 7min i was asked what did I want.About cleaning it was very neat.
Very nice employees. I did the survey and got a free pie. They took a long time and gave me an extra pie. amazing! The manager was super nice and so we're the ladies.
Hit or miss on a drive-thru sometimes it's long sometimes it's short but other than that it's usually quick and fast service there
Horrible service times. They barely had any customers yet out of the 6 people they had behind the counter after 10 mins of waiting to order I ended up leaving cause no one even greeted me. You would think that after person after person looked right at you waiting at the counter someone would’ve asked if I had been helped. Lost my business as well as many people I know.
Always so skimpy with ice cream/mcflurries #scam! … i payed for the big one they give me same amount as small but in bigger cup ?.. also 50 percent chance they get your order wrong/forget something fyi..
