We come here and it is a nice place. But they really need to take away the yellow steering wheel on the kids playground. Its on the top of the park and a lot of kids are hitting there heads in the wheel. It is very dangerous my sisters got their heads hit there.
McDonald's had some fast service and served me my food hot. Real friendly people and the food was excellent
Friendly, fast service... I had posted it was a clean McDonald's before but not it was kinda dirty... Tables hadn't been wiped down and there were a couple shady characters just hanging around that look like they were up to no good. Definitely needs a no loitering sign in there
Can't walk in until 7am for breakfast and that's inconvenient for me because I work nights.However,the drive thru is open 24 hours.If you aren't driving you won't get McDonald's at 6am.Back in my day you could walk in at 6am.
Food was burnt, greasy. I went back on my lunch break, ask for another sandwich it seem like it was the same crispy chicken sandwich heated in the microwave. I threw it out. I won't go back to McDonald's in North Riverside
One of their speakers was either broken or noone was working on it. After waiting 20 minutes as 4 cars passed through the other speaker...I decided to pull up to the window. As I began to explain that I was unable to order at the speaker, the manager on duty didn't give a care about the situation and had the nerve to tell me that I had to go back around to order. They flat out refused even though this whole ordeal took 40 minutes. Needless to say...I will not be visiting this location again and I'm fully aware they don't care either lol.
I’d give this place a zero if I could. They be giving food that’ll make you sick to the stomach the next day. The standards have been made so low to the point where they don’t care about the food quality but more about the music they play loudly. 0/10 do NOT recommend, not even if you were starving.??
I just went through the drive through at around 750 pm and clearly the dude at the window is not paying attention because he got my whole order wrong , make sure you double check your order before driving off
The worst and most disgusting McDonald’s I have ever been at. It’s no wonder they have been getting backlash in reviews. One of my basket of fries was literally empty and all the sandwiches weren’t even wrapped. Not too mention everything is cold. Horrible
They are not open 24 hours. Don’t go there. We were told we can’t order in drive through unless we use doordash.
