Most horrible mcdonalds to go to. You literally have to wait 10 mins for your food, and it could be the most smallest order. Plus they still forget part of my order. This mcdonalds needs some serious real good management.
Horrible customer service. Four people in front of me and eight people in back...pharmacy had one person handling prescription pickups. Multiple people were filling prescriptions but would not step up to the counter to assist with the line.
Please just go to a place like Chick-fil-A, this is a horrible McDonald’s. This is honestly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Their customer service is horrible and they don’t make an effort to make things right. I ordered curbside and nothing on the app mentioned that they weren’t doing curbside. After sitting there for 30 minutes, I decided to go through the drive thru to ask about my order. They told me that the doors were locked and that’s why. I said “ok but I have a curbside” and the man told me “the doors are locked” and I don’t see how that’s a valid excuse for no curbside. Okay, customers can’t go inside but the employees can’t come outside? They should say in the app if they don’t offer curbside. When I got to the window, they took my phone inside (which I didn’t like because that made me uncomfortable) and then held onto it until they gave us the food which was not okay with me. I saw that they had our food ready the whole time but never made any effort to call me that there was no curbside available and that I should go in the drive thru to get my $50 worth of food. I’m very upset and I wish that they would better communicate with customers and be more helpful. My food was cold and my family and I were upset, and they won’t refund unless we gave the food back, but it was our dinner so why would we give it back and why would we go back to this horrible location? They need to get it together and learn how to properly serve their guests. I work at a Chick-fil-A and we would never treat our guests like this.
Curbside pickup it was the worst experience of my life with McDonald's ordered on the app for curbside pickup the order didn't go through when inside to pay told the crew id I could wait in the car for my food they said sure was in the car for more that 45 minutes went inside to cancel my order they say they've been calling for me for 40 minutes never went outside to look for me said it was my fault I LOVE LIFE
Their online ordering system rarely works. They don't man the registers. They do nothing to resolve issues with the app. They never have anything in stock, like today, they only have coffee and milkshakes gor order, no soda fountain. Service is awful because they only pay attention to their drive-thru. Nothing is clean either.
Cashier girl told me I could not get an ice coffee black couple days ago. I would like to put this right here so you all can get a laugh.

I went to this location on 4/14/2022 through the drive through. They told me to wait by the entrance and they will give me my order. I ordered one sandwich, 15 cars behind me got there order before I did… so unorganized and unprofessional
Drive thur was so slow ,was in line 13 mins then drive up to order and still had to wait and all l ordered was two coffee ,l really don't like this place take too long and act like they don't care just terrible
theres a whole sign saying they have salads on the menu & everytime i come they always say they don’t have any. so what’s the point having a sign on it? so stupid
