Upon making reservations to enjoy a relaxing dinner with my partner.As we were being seated at our table we proceeded to grab our menus when we were surprised to see that our Menus and table had Frosting of some sort. After they cleaned our uncleaned table and Menus. I ordered a Chocolate Martini to start with and after one Manager and one Bartender making the drink this is what they finally came up with. An over liquored undrinkable chocolate martini with a shot of milk ??? Unbelievable!!I also ordered an Outlaw Steak with Seasoned Fries and was served unseasoned fries. No apologies from the Managers for ruining our evening. Wouldn't recommend this location at all.
You NEED to know this place has so many options for vegetarians. There are sides and salads enough to keep you full and happy! When we came it was very busy. Alex was sure workin! He deserves a million-dollar raise. The food was delicious and worth the wait. You don't really want to go to a restaurant that's not busy. I had broccoli, grilled mushrooms, and baked potato no bacon. There's plenty of seating and plenty of parking. It's easy to get to, located inside Cermak plaza.
I always get the sirloin steak and first time having the t~bone steak and recommend both! The salads good too and their new Texas Margarita.
Despite it being a bit expensive my experience was great. My food was great, they got really good steak. Gets pretty busy though, especially on weekends, so that can slow down your service. David, my server and bartender gave me amazing service. Despite the amount of customers he had, he was quick and so incredibly nice. Real hard worker, loved my experience.
My pic just shows the salad we ordered, but I also got a steak and brussel sprouts everything was delicious. Even their bread and butter was so delicious! Or waitress was very nice without being intrusive. Was a fun experience
I was there on a busy Saturday afternoon.We had to wait an extra 20 mins which is understandable hence being a Weekend. Luckily the bar had 2 spots & we were able to have a drink and put in a quick order. My Waiter/Server was very attentive, & courteous to our needs. It was my 1st time here. I will definitely come back due to my Waiter doing an exceptional job.
The atmosphere is cozy and most of the food tastes like it is homemade with a ton of love (although some of my party did feel the food was too salty). My primary complaint was the service. The hostess did a mediocre job of addressing our complaint that she was seating a couple before us who physically arrived after us. The young guest had the nerve to lie to my sister's face saying he was there first. The hostess explained they were with a party who was there for a while, but she could have apologized for the way it looked to us without making us feel like we were wrong for speaking out. Also, server forgot one of our party's side dishes and wouldn't have brought it if we didn't say something.
Food was great drink was even better and service with Isaiah was thee best ever
16 out of 20, perfect Steaks. Taste, temperature and tenderness! Wonderful Hostess, great manager, and wait Staff is quite good and responsive.
