My husband asked for 2 waters one Limón con chia and instead the lady gave him pina colada. My husband felt bad and didn’t say anything since he does mind pina colada. The second water was pina only. Is basically was water with sugar, no taste of pina nor pieces of pina. We also order a yogurt de fresa with banana. Yogurt is basically milk with strawberry flavor very watery, and only couple of pieces of banana. 2 elotes were ordered one regular and the other one big. The big one with Chile and the regular without. Both had Chile and the big one had to much that was too spicy to eat. Over all a bad experience.
5 stars! im writting this review because Ive had nothing but bad experiences with Michoacanas and I promised to stop going about a year ago. Everytime I went to a michoacana they got my order wrong and all the middle aged ladies have such a horrible attitude so I came in ready for that but my god this store is wayyyyyy different! they greeted me politely and its the best customer service ive received from any Michoacana. I came in for a yogurt and elote and they were so patient and friendly. I offered a $5 tip but they refused and told me to just spread the word. So here I am, I recommend this to everyone in the area that have had a similar experience to mine, if you want good food and good customer service without the attitude this is your spot!

Nice little ice cream shop! The food was great and the lady who works there was super polite. Perfect place for a treat with the kids or a snack during lunch break!
To all my MacNeal workers if you’re tired of waiting for food come here just come here, I get an elote and 2 ice creams in 2 minutes it’s ridiculous. Gives me enough time to actually enjoy my bogus 30 minute break. This Michoacana is the goat. Highly recommend to workers taking a lunch that actually want to enjoy their lunch instead of waiting 20 minutes to pick up their food.
Great ice cream! The skinny girl looks like shes mad, she’s intimidating but the ice cream is great. A little better customer service would help.
This place is awesome, fast express service without the long wait. It doesn’t have all the items on the menu but that’s because it’s the first express michoacana to open during covid to stay opened during covid no matter what regulations are to come. It’s an awesome concept I definitely think they’re ahead of the game and I can see many express Michoacanas to come just how Dunkin has their small express stores. Has a franchise corporate feeling but that’s awesome I like it. I have 2 kids and I’m always in a rush so I never ever have time to wait for food or service so the fact that I can get 5 items for my kids and get in and out in less than 5 minutes is a premium.

Best ice cream and elote!! I come here during my lunch breaks and the people are always polite and friendly. They always hook me up and it’s Way faster than most restaurants.
$7 for a large cup of corn is too high and also my corn was cold. For $7 I should at lease get some warm food.
