I go here when I want to splurge,they are a bit pricey but the subs are good.To be honest I like Mr.Sub better.
I went in store and placed an order for a Beach Club add bacon. There were 2 young men behind the counter. My order was made very fast and I was in and out in about 10 min.I always examine the ingredients on my subs and this time was no different. I was disappointed to see that my Bacon was not included on the sandwich and the Lettuce they gave me was brown ?. If the bacon were free I probably wouldn't have called the location but since I paid $1.75 extra, I called. The 1st guy that picked up the phone said he didn't know what to do so he gave the phone to another guy who said I needed to speak with a manager. A female got on the phone and she said that they'd write down my number and when I came back to let them know and they'd give me credit. I'm fine with that. We'll see how easy it is once I go back.All in all the sandwich was still good without the bacon. I took the Lettuce off. The chocolate chip cookie was the highlight. Will I be back, sure. It probably was an honest mistake to forget the bacon. I'm not thrilled about the brown lettuce. They should know when to throw out veggies that don't look fresh. If it happens again I won't be back ??♀️.
They had called me for the interview but they didn't give me any job or opportunity to work with them.
I placed an order online (giant country club) for curbside pickup. The sandwich was made the way I requested; Xtra provolone, Xtra mayo, Xtra hot peppers. I checked in to let them know I arrived but after waiting for almost 5 minutes, I walked in to get the order because no one came out. No big deal, I was greeted promptly and my sandwich was ready.
I always customize my sandwich orders. I like extra onions, lettuce, etc. Berwyn JJ always Accommodates me. Love their bread! Only thing is I really miss the sprouts. Bummer. But I understand. Thanks for the awesome work and fabulous delivery people..
Great service, fast and the bread is always fresh and delicious and so are THIER cold cuts. ?.
The ends and bottom of my Vito sandwich was hard and they placed a broken, stale oatmeal raisin cookie in my bag. I called and asked for the store manager who wasn't there, but called days later and spoke to the manager. It's disheartening that quality of food is not important at this location. The person obviously saw that the cookie was broken and still placed it in the bag. Poor quality of food and employee ethics, which includes management because they tolerate poor service and food.
Staff was not wearing masks as required. Poor sandwich making skills
Ordered a sandwich, never received it because driver was smoking with a guy and drove off without giving me my sandwich! You call jimmy johns and they dont answer unbelievable.
Had nothing but bad experience with this Jimmy John’s.
