Brought my 3yo son there for lunch. Immediately upon entering I noticed the restaurant was not clean, nor staffed apparently. Stayed & was seated as I had a hungry kid.Waitress eventually meandered over & took our order in parts (interrupted taking the order by just walking away without warning, & attending to something elsewhere).Food eventually arrived in parts & missing a majority of what we ordered. Kids pancakes were soggy & disgusting, missing garnish (whipped cream & fruit) for which the waitress explained was not her problem as she didn’t close last night. My food order was completely incorrect & gross as well.Getting no where with the waitress I approached someone who looked in charge or management who was on the phone. He basically did not care but was more aloof about it. Told the manager/who ever we were not happy & could not eat what was served. Waitress dropped a check & then insulted me in front of my child. Good thing he’s only 3 & could not really understand the waitresses.
We got there around 8am something & we were the only ones at the restaurant the food took forever to arrive. I ordered my 2 year old a strawberry and banana smoothie & it was disgusting, no flavor at all! Looked more like a slushie. I told the waiter that it wasnt good and that i didnt want it & she was asking what it needed? & I just told her that it was nasty it didnt taste like any strawberry banana smoothie! My french toast wasnt good, seems like they just warmed them in the microwave! The syrup had chunks in it? My boyfriend ordered a steak that had hashbrowns & 2 eggs...which the steak was nasty! & 22$ for that plate! Atleast make the steak good for that price! This will be my last time coming to eat breakfast here.
Went for the first time to this spotLast week, and if i could give it no stars i would,Food sucked, and the worst part it's a roach infested restaurant, roaches on the booth's ewwwwww Gross!!! Literally the city of Berwyn have to go pay this restaurant a visit, because the owner of this establishment obviously ain't handling his need's, especially it being a place where they are serving food to people. Please consider elsewhere to go before going here, unless you like cockroach mixed in your food or eating with you ewwwwwww
(First and last time customer) Who charges for butter and syrup when you order pancakes and a Belgium waffle??? Plus, I saw the owner/manager (older man) pick-up the bacon I didn’t want in my to-go order with his bare hand and put it back on grill for next customer. Disgusting…walked out and will never go back!!!
Very friendly warming environment. Sue was my waiter & was awesome? Truly hard to find good people who enjoy their job as well as the people.
My first time there we waited +30 minutes already sitted and no one even gave us coffee or took our order so we left. 2nd time there I ordered a veggie omelet and it was really bad they used rotted veggies.The last time I had a combo (eggs and sausage etc..) and it was really good.
Second time here and just like the first it was a good experience. The food was good and the service was great.
I’ve never been to this breakfast place and I live in the neighborhood. Today I decided to give it a try and I regretted it a ?. I wanted a breakfast sandwich and I got a deli sandwich. The have was not even a breakfast ham it was deli ham. Then they called these hash brown. The worse part of this was the price $12.50. This place is disgusting and overpriced. They are scamming the people in the neighborhood. You would think there was some steak for this price. This sandwich went into the garbage and the owners should be ashamed of the service and what they charge for it.
When your order a skillet expecting hashbrowns and get french fries instead! Like what?! Also forgot the orange juice I paid for. Breakfast fail!
Food wasn't bad. We all enjoyed our meals. Just wish they weren't out of half their menu. It could be cleaner as well.
