Our server was amazing and very attentive.Food was served fast and fresh. attentive. Complaint was a very loud parry right next to us in the middle of the restaurant. Couldn't really hear what my husband was saying across the table from me.

I order xl pizza with fries for pick-up. I live 2 minutes away.. Pizza was under cook and fries were cold. This is the second time this has happens to me. I will have to rethink ordering again.
My friend and I went in to try some Home Runn In because I told him about it & how yummy the pizza is. We are foodies and tend to eat healthy but have been feenin' for some pizza. We stopped in today. The waitress took our drink order and 15 or 20 minutes later asks us if we are ready to order. We put in our order--we waited for like 35 minutes before my partner's pizza comes out. They got my order wrong as I asked for veggie and they brought a pepperoni pizza. I don;t eat pork. I understand if the place was crowded and busy but there were only like 3 other customers in the restaurant. We understand that stuff happens but with so many workers and not good service.
We went here Thursday evening to celebrate my sons birthday. We all have been vaccinated and have proof the hostess was very nasty and my oldest son had just turned 16 so he didn’t have a state issued ID yet. I had other cards with his name on it plus my ID as well as his fathers. The manager Paige was very rude and would not accept any other identification even tho he’s a minor saying that at 16 you can drive and should have an ID. That’s no way to speak to a customer very unprofessional and ignorant on her part. There were no customers in the restaurant at the time because we had snow earlier that day. The waiter and the manger Paige where standing around by the kitchen when we first arrived there should always be a host at the front at all times this experience was totally unacceptable. We left no need to disappoint my son for his birthday. We went to the original one on 31st street. We never had a problem from that location. I will never visit the Berwyn location again. Very disappointed
I went here for the first time to pick up an order from a fundraiser. I parked in the lot and went in the entrance closest. It was about 3:30, so not busy, but it looked like no one worked there. There were two tables of people eating. I waited several minutes and almost called the restaurant to get some service. Finally, two waitresses came out of the kitchen and I flagged one down. I told her I was picking up for the fundraiser and she gave me an attitude, saying I had to go to the other entrance. That attitude is unnecessary. How was I supposed to know which entrance? It never said in any of the pickup instructions where to go. I'll definitely think twice before eating there after a not great first experience.
My husband wanted to eat pizza, so we went to Home Run Inn. The hostess showed us to our table. We sat and waited. We already knew what we wanted, which was one of their signature pizza. After 15 minutes, the hostess came and asked if our order was taken. We said no, not yet. The hostess then took our drink order and said our waitress would bring them to our table. Mind you, there were only four tables with customers. With everything going on in the world with workers shortage we weren't going to complain.Our drinks came and the waitress said I'll be taking your order, but I'm not your waitress, your witress is in the back. We said, OK. We order pizza and super fries and wanted them to come out at the same time. After maybe 40 minutes, our waitress came and said, "Your fries are ready, but the pizza needed 15 minutes more because they had a lot of delivery orders. We felt that we had no choice; after 10 minutes are pizza came out, and the cheese was undercooked. We decided to just ask a waitress for a to go box and left. I don't think we'll be going there for a while. Thank you to the hostess that took our order and to the waitress brought our food out. To the waitress with the red streaks, that was "our" waitress that came at the end I hope you shared your tip with them for doing absolutely nothing.
Very good place to eat and have a good time with family and friends in an informal way. The pizza is the best I've had in the area. Recommended!
Went to celebrate my baby twins birthday. In my opinion The pizzas were average. The customer service was great though. My family enjoyed it more than i did. But will definitely recommend it.
Sat there for 30 mins before even getting drinks and appetizers. Another 30 mins passed and I asked our server walking by for an update on our pizza. Her response “for what?”…our food! Common sense. Another 15 mins and still nothing. This was a simple 1 pizza order. After 20 minutes passed, I asked for my check, still no pizza and she brought me a check with the pizza that we never got on the check. I asked her nicely to remove the charge. She proceeded to tell me that they had a lot of delivery orders to fill so they were prioritizing those orders before serving in-dining clients, who actually tip their waitresses. I guess it’s better to place an order than dine-in based on their business model.
