Made reservation through Open Table. When we arrived at Gaia for a birthday celebration it was closed! Why do you take reservations for a restaurant that is closed?
Did not have dinner there because when we arrived there was a note on the door that they were closed due to no water. We received no call regarding this despite them having our reservation with our phone number. I tried to call and speak with a manager the next day, was put on hold and no one ever came to the phone, disappointed as we had guests from out of town and had talked up the restaurant...
The food may be on the expensive side but it’s VERY good!

I went there with a friend Saturday right after they open about 4:15 as soon as we sat down we ordered bruschetta that took about 40 minutes to get... as soon as we got our water which took about 10 minutes we ordered our food the waiter was talking to us about someone calling in sick and one of the cooking staff calling in sick there was only about 10 to 12 people in there when we were seated it took over an hour and a half to receive our entrees the food was very good the service was terrible we were there for over 2 hours ..when we left the place was jam-packed good luck for those people to see how long it would have taken to get their food? They were probably there till midnight.
