customer service was excellent! the lady at the speaker I think her name was alexis was very helpful when asking what the products contain! my food and coffee came out super fast and they never mess up my order. it also is a very positive and friendly store. Would definitely recommend
Since when did this store start to make a milk shake with crushed ice, then charge 8.00 dollars? I should have turned around but was to far when I noticed. This place HAD good service, not the case now. Its DISGUSTING, DIRT, SERVICE IS A HIT AND MISS. End of the day MANAGEMENT is to blame. I will be sending pics of this establishment and the shake I received to Corp let them sort this out but for now this place is a no go for me.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have been a regular Dunkin customer for years but I try to avoid this location. This location has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Today in a small conflict that resulted due to my coffee, that tasted so bad it was undrinkable; I simply asked for the managers name to resolve the issue at a later time and the employees working didn't know their own managers name or refused to give me the name.This Dunkin is losing customers due to their rude employees. As a huge Dunkin lover is hurts to see a location tarnish the brand name due to some horrible service.
Good Customer Service but unfortunately, a dirty environment. As soon as you walk in the door, it’s obvious their either short staffed or not paying attention to the dining area. At least replace the drop ceiling that’s obviously been leaking water from either a busted pipe or leaky roof.
Horrible experience this morning. I pulled up to the speaker, I asked for 3 coffees very calmly and slow. (I am not in a hurry).All 3 where all different. I was speaking to a girl at first then I was passed to another person. I know who all these workers are by the way.And the next person I was put on with asked me to repeat my order starting from the second coffee. I started from the first then the second then the third. Calmly. Then this person started mimicking me over the mic like a 5 year old. And then after mimicking all I had said.. he told me “I told you to start from the second coffee and there you go starting from the second” and then I was passed to the other girl who originally took my order. She wanted me to continue and I just told her with disbelief.. I can’t believe you guys just treated me like that, I’ve been coming hear for years.. and I told her I’m sorry but I don’t want to continue with my order… I went to Lyons instead.. this was a horrible experience.. below bad service…
Service has really gone downhill, if you can stop somewhere else, keep going. Can't get orders right and attitude stinks!!! Luckily, there's 4 other stores along the way on my commute to downtown.
Veronica at the drive thru needs a new job. When you pull up to place your order you can hear that she is very annoyed by her tone. Also when asking for the rest of my order I felt like a bother to her when she rolled her eyes. You don’t greet customers with “one second”. Get someone else to work the window. Veronica can clean the toilets.

We went for ice cream at night and the cashier was unlike anything I've ever seen. He was cursing over the speaker while taking our order. Making rude comments the entire time complaining about our order. We waited in the drive thru line for about 30-40 minutes to get 5 ice creams. Every care behind us left. Awful experience.
USE THE MOBILE APP to order!! I used to come here often, the girls have always been super nice and when using the app to order I've never had any issues. I came through drive and got my usual drink with a cheese croissant, I was charged for the food & drink but only given the drink, which was wrong. I understand mistakes happen, and it's probably a hard job during the pandemic. Spoke to manager on the phone who said I could come in and they would remake my order, I did and the girl was very nice and gave me a free donut and my new order. I got home only to realize they gave me a bacon & turkey croissant instead of cheese... I'm vegetarian so I couldn't eat it. Feeling very defeated. Not going back again to fix it for the third time. The manager could have handled this situation better by coming up front to verify my order and apologizing for the inconvenience. (Also if I had been given a receipt the first time) Not really appropriate to have the kids that work for you handle these situations when that's your job. Clearly this location has a management issue.Super bummed because I liked this location a lot, it was convenient for me but I don't think I'll be returning after this.
