They redesigned this dunkin, and with the redesign, you can't use the bathroom without a code from a receipt.Do you need to use the restroom right away? You plan on buying something anyway? You're out of luck, you got to get in line and get the receipt.This Dunkin' Donuts here, in my opinion, is increasingly losing its customer service. They all are, every place is, but these folks to a greater and faster extent.I don't know who's running this Dunkin' donuts, but I do know that they are not emphasizing customer service. They'd rather have a customer accident on themselves,Policies like per bathroom use should go the way of the dinosaur, but instead, low customer service orientated places make them standards.
I think they're remodeling, so It's not clean. My food left a lot to be desired. Half of the bacon was cooked and half was raw. The lobby, I'm assuming it's not being cleaned at all since it was a complete disaster. My coffee was so so. The donut was hard. The bagel was burned which is probably why it had so much cream cheese. I would probably only go here if I wanted a basic coffee. Maybe once the remodeling is done, things will improve.
Ordered a small caramel craze latte with liquid sugar and almond milk… there was so many workers in the back yet my coffee took longer than usual… didn’t complain till I left and the latte didn’t taste at all like sugar or almond milk jus straight caffeine. No point in paying 1$ extra for almond milk if the workers don’t put it… won’t be coming back
Terrible service and they do not give you your correct order.the cashiers still get upset and want to give you what they want, not what you ordered.My #376 Drive thru
I feel I'm owed a star for leaving a review. Came in because drive thru line was at a stand still. Grab 2 quarts of ice cream and waited 15 minutes maybe longer for cashier to ring me up. 5 staff, 4 people in the store 7 vehicles in line, 6 orders on the screen. No apologies for the wait. Who trained this crew, their failure is not on them. Maybe their faster any other time before 4pm after 5pm on Monday this day.
Unfortunately if I could give it no stars I would there were about five to six workers in the building at the time but it probably took them about 10 to 15 minutes to get to each person one by one in the Drive-Thru the weight is ridiculous for how many people they have I mean all I ordered was two kids scoops and it took almost 30 to 40 minutes to receive our order then they didn't even have the flavors that we wanted so you're really not 31 flavors you're like 20 at the most.
Very rude staff, apparently you cannot order if you’re not in the driver side passenger seats can not order at all. Food was horrible, undercook and the caramelo cappuccino was not even done right they just gave me a coffeee with caramel and no sugar. Half way empty. Order number #2718
1/1/2020 morning try to order 3 time drive through 1 double espresso and she not understanding what i say so how i have to tell her order by sign language?????
Be careful of what you order here. Found these in my frozen drink. The reason I haven't given it one star is because I see only TWO PEOPLE on staff working their butts off to handle a rush and a full lobby all while remaining calm and collected. Kudos to them, bad job on whoever scheduled them to be alone.
Very pleasant shopping experience created by the staff member who serviced me and answered all of my travel related questions satisfactorily. Very pleasant decorum and dining area and atmosphere. You will not find Popcorn, trail mix, and Hershey's Symphony Toffee and Almond Chocolate 6.8oz Giant Bar, nor find Walmart nor the Dollar Tree near here however the Cranberry Orange Muffin and the Blueberry Muffin are a delicious one time substitute, great size and cost.
