Very disappointed with my wait for an online order. Waited over 20 minutes. Had to call to get serviceAbove issue hasn't been resolved. No one has reached out to me. I've stopped ordering online and I go inside now. Staff is friendly place had full trash so we couldn't dispose of our things.
I just stopped by through drive through before this location closed and we placed our order successfully and then at the window to pay and to receive the concretes the cashier let us know that they did not have enough ice cream to make the order. (6 concretes) The employee next to her then told her “wait yes we do” and in front of us she turned to him and told him “shut up.” It was unfortunate that the cashier did not want to complete our order, but it would have been nice to have been told before placing the order.
Fresh delicious butter bacon burgers. Tasty icecream fast customer service. Very nice employees.
Food was Hot and Fresh my issue is the burger didn't have any flavor no seasoning what so ever
Culver's butter burger meals are a treat in themselves. Single bacon cheeseburger comes with standard with lettuce, tomatoes, pickle, onions, ketchup and mustard. No need to upgrade like other chains. The flavor is all in the meat. Great crinkle cut fries are crisp and chewy with the right amount of salt. Medium fountain drinks are endless, and we'll carbonated. Kids meals come with choice of burger, cheeseburger, chicken strips or corn dog. Kids wanted the butter burgers and they did not disappoint. Same toppings offered without an upcharge. Kids meals also come with choice of milk or apple juice and a cup of Culver's frozen custard in chocolate or vanilla. Would definitely visit this Culver's again to go.
Asked for all my burgers to be well done! Got home and bit into this! Disgusting! I threw up! I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager Darius. He didn’t give any empathy and wasn’t apologetic at all. Just to bring the burgers back to get them replaced or a refund. It’s first matter I actually but into it and threw up. It doesn’t matter that I made it all the way home and wasn’t expecting to come back out this evening! Nothing for the inconvenience and this sick feeling of knowing what I just digested. I specifically asked for all burgers to be WELL DONE!!!! I won’t be eating a burger for a while especially from this place!
In general, I enjoy Culver's food at any location. My only complaint about this location is that the onion rings seemed like they were sitting in the oil a long time, & I got a box full of broken ring parts. The 2 people I ate with also ordered the onion rings & got fresh, intact rings. I will give them another chance, so I hope next time I get good ones!
I went here to get a bit to eat after church. Yes, their dining area was open. It was nice and clean.
Like all Culver's it great friendly fast service and the root beer is on point. Happy that it is on the route to the in laws house.
Most of the time this location is excellent. Not this trip. They gave a chicken tender spilt in half, looked like someone bit it.
