Don't order double meat and ask for separate meats. You're just going to get a standard half and half but charged for double meat anyways. The employee acted as if the bowl was full of meat. It was a very standard half and half bowl. At least the food at this Chipotle is kept warm well. My bowl was still good, but I don't appreciate being scammed. They also don't keep up with the lemonade and other special drinks, so don't come expecting the limited edition watermelon limeade. You won't get any.
I was really disappointed in my visit today. My intention was to eat in and the location was so messy with food and napkins on the floor, few clean tables. I was also disappointed that when I asked for fresh veggies it was not an option when both containers were at the bare minimum. There was also no garbage cans for garbage once finish. The location was not busy when I walked in either.
I online ordered a large chips and queso and the queso wasn’t even halfway filled, when I talked to a worker who made my food named MAHOGANY about it she said the large queso only needed two scoops. Worst chipotle worker in the store, lots of attitude and doesn’t care about the job.
Just spent 32.00 on 2 burrito bowls with extra meat and rice. There where nothing extra but yet they charged mefor extra. The steak meat was nothing but fat and gross. Waste of money
I love Chipotle and it's nice to have a healthy fast food option, but this location constantly messes up orders and the food is rarely fresh. Meat is usually dry, hard, and burnt, and as of recently I've been getting chunks of cartilage in the chicken.They also don't mash the guacamole much, so half of it is just sliced avocado.The rice is rarely cooked anymore. Still hard.Used to love the barbacoa, but that comes in fist-sized clumps, rather than shredded.Haven't ordered the steak in years because it's too hard to bite through, but that's been the chain as a whole.Gave up on delivery as well. The last one took two hours and the food was sitting for so long that it was ice cold and the guacamole had turned brown.
I hadn’t had chipotle in a long time, probably since they had that food poisoning scandal.It’s not clear what was going on last night but there was a long line and only one girl working it along with what I assume was the cashier interchanging positions, but out of nowhere i hear loud commotion and a girl walks out from the back crying with a worker chasing after her and she’s repeatedly telling them not to touch her and that nobody is going to help her against harassment at work. She was crying and slammed the door open. The whole scene was….. unsettling. Made me lose my appetite so I left. I don’t see myself coming back, I hope the girl is okay :( she seemed very distraught. I can’t imagine working at a place that doesn’t prioritize employee safety.
Although they were usually ok, lately this location has frequent forgotten ingredients like salsa or lettuce, even GUAC which cost extra to start with. They have given me Sprite instead of Coke multiple times, including one time I ordered 3 Cokes, got 2 and a Sprite in the same bag... poor quality of prep, bad proformence from daily employees and unfair SMALL portions are the reason I will not order from this location anymore. There are so many Chipotles even in the near area, why would anyone knowingly choose a bad one? I'm not anymore.
Workers were nice but the food was horrible. The rice was super hard and undercooked, both white and brown. The chicken I got was burnt. I work in fast food so I get things happen but I couldn’t even finish my food I had to throw it away. Never would recommend this chipotle location to anyone.
Came in and ordered in store. Upon eating I bit into a SCREW! My tooth is broken in half and in a heck of a lot of pain. This happened on April 12th, 2022
The food is normally okay but the series horrible for pick up orders. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be handed my order because they no longer put them out and no one would acknowledge me. The employees went so far as to hide in the back so they didn't have to ask me or the other customer waiting if I needed any help.
