Half the burger was burnt other half was undercooked. Lettuce leaf had a huge spine down the center. Salad was missing parts and had unripened tomatoes that were bitter.Staff was very nice, still need training as they made a couple mistakes.
Never thought I’d write a bad review about Buona but it happened. Ordered a 10” beef baptized and it’s dry. Added fries and large drink-cold fries and flat Diet Pepsi. This was a drive through order where we were told to wait in front. After almost 15 minutes waiting for a simple order, it arrived. You always eat fries on the way home and they’re cold. The beef wasn’t much better at home, dry and cold. Pop was flat. How long did our food sit before it was brought out-oh wait, I said 15 minutes.
I was completely satisfied with my Italian beef less sandwich. I’m taking this vegan journey with baby steps but this right here will keep me on track lol will be going back

Gotta love Buona Beef. They have a large selection of food on their menu and it never disappoints. Of course you can't go wrong with their beef sandwiches but their meatball sandwiches are fantastic as well. This place is great for lunch or dinner, kids menu has a variety of options as well. Always great service from here.
Italian beef $16.00 and chage delivery $ 34.60 sandwich was a hour wait for 3 fries and dry brownie, the was dry even though it was dipped bread was stiff the meat was curl as if it was placed on grill, flavor ful still trying to remove taste from my mouth. And this is what's left.
I ordered a Hot dog and fries. It was good and the food was hot.The fries was not recooked either. My only complaint was after a few minutes the hot dog bun turned hard as a rock. Other than that, it was great ?
This Buona Beef location catered my wedding. Nothing went to waste. This is one of my favorite locations. They have very good Italian beefs here. They have a little bite to them, and the chicken sandwiches are delicious
Great fries, above average Chicago dog and burger. Prices are reasonable for the area. Dog met all the usual requirements: Appropriate condiments, poppy seed bun. Service for walkin customers is slow, disorganized and not terribly friendly. Not a huge surprise for a Chicago based chain.
Great food! The young lady at the counter was very nice and got my food ready quickly.If you haven't, you must try Buona beef.
