The newest Buona Beef in Lakemoor, using their app says they are sold out of Fettuccine Alfredo. Pasta. I called the location yesterday and spoke to the General Manager named Jason, he said he would take care of the matter. This has been the case for days now. I checked this morning and it still says it's all sold out. I want to send my husband to pick up an order thru drive thru by ordering on the app, on Saturday( he cannot walk in because he had a stroke) and I cannot place an order on their app. I cannot come with my husband to go into the restaurant and tell them personally that their app is incorrect because I will have guests, What do I do?I spoke with someone earlier - had a heavy Mexican accent, not sure if he was just an employee or what, when I told him about the problem, he said to choose Rigatoni and then switch to Alfredo. That did not make sense, but I tried it and it definitely did not work.The only reason I chose 1 star was because I could not post this without choosing any stars.

Update for 2021 This food is so good the prices are a bit High but the food is really delicious and I'm a little disappointed that you have to download an app to use your points because I have over $30 in points on my account and now I have to download an app. I tried an ice cream from the Darien location it was super good and also The Banana Splits are excellent. I work for the buenos beef in Montgomery IL it’s a great place but lacks discipline. In we don’t ever have the stuff we need, we been needing oven mittens for a minute. Still haven’t received them in most of us have burn ourselves. It’s just a law suit waiting to happen.. In the scheduling hours aren’t organized correctly our store needs helps simple as that I’am thinking quitting soon.. but over all great food & people at times
