The wait was supposed to be 20 minutes but only took like five minutes! The waiter and bartenders were amazing. Food was brought out fast. The drinks were good and everything was perfect. Might be one of the best bww experience I've had and it was probably the biggest. Highly recommend this place. The only reason I gave it four was because the bathrooms were a little dirty.
For my first time visiting this location I enjoyed myself the staff was nice the drinks was good and the food wasn't bad.
We had to wait for our seating even though there were plenty of seats available manager said they didn't have enough staff finally got seating, floors were extremely slippery. Waiter and waitress were very nice they did a good job . BUT THE MUSIC + THE TV'S WERE VERY VERY LOUD WE Couldn't EVEN HEAR OURSELVES TALK. NOT SURE I'LL B GOING BACK
I’m really not the person to leave bad reviews unless a place of business genuinely deserves it, but yesterday at Buffalo Wild Wings in Berwyn on Cermak as addressed on the receipt literally gave us a horrible experience. To all my parents, please be sure to check what is being given to your children when out to eat or ordering food. I ordered the babies their kids meals one being chicken tenders with fries, which should be served with Barbecue sauce. This exact order is where the problem occurred, when the server arrived with our food she placed Ari’s food infront of her, and after a seriously long wait ari was hungry and wasted no time to dig in where everything just went horrible. What was supposed to be barbecue sauce for Ari’s tenders was mixed with extremely hot, hot sauce. My three year old, THREE year old was going insane from the overwhelming taste of burning hot sauce in and all around her mouth. Crying, screaming, spitting all her food out, turning red, and gagging from the overwhelming taste. For something that was a scary and overwhelming matter the restaurant treated the matter lightly like it wasn’t something serious. When I asked the servers to quickly send a manager over they came back minutes later to tell me we’d have to wait because he was on the phone. They all moved slowly, while Ari was going ballistic, yet we were being starred at like we were a problem. They offered to bring her milk and ice cream, but all moved so entirely slowly like giving a toddler something hot wasn’t a big deal. The manager told us not worry, that he had it all covered, In which he meant deducting $9 and some cents off our bill (which literally was the cost of taxes, so really nothing deducted) by the time Ari was settled and calm she was scared to even trust to eat, so we asked for boxes and left. Again I hate to be one to talk low, but this location was straight SH*T ! I shouldn’t have even paid and just left but me being good I did. Please be alert bc what we thought was barbecue was not at all just barbecue. You’d think something like this would happen with an adult not a child. ??? Buffalo Wild Wings Buffalo Wild Wings

I went in for dine in and got an order to go as well, my order had a nail inside the box! Like how does someone not notice that? Just nasty and i will NOT be coming back to this location.
Went to this location to watch the NCAA tournament. The entire restaurant was empty, it was not busy and we had been there for 3 hours where in that time we ordered apps, entrees, and 3 beers each. We tried to order a 4th beer and the waitress told us we were cut off. We weren't even drunk, we weren't acting drunk, we hadn't been impolite and we were still cut off. The waitress kept hounding us after we immediately asked for our checks to see if we were leaving and when the manager found out what happened he didn't fix the situation, he offered a gift card. Why give us a gift card if we no longer feel comfortable going to your restaurant.
Had great service with Agustin. He was friendly and made our experience an enjoyable evening. He informed us of the sauces and sides. Never been one to like wings but the way he recommended them were delicious. Great customer service. Thanks Agustin..
I guess we went on a bad night. Our waitress came back to our table no less than 7 times telling us they were out of the things on the menu forcing us to keep choosing other thing that really wasn't our first or even second choice but we had already eaten our appetizers and were still hungry. The manager explained the prep person didn't prep therefore none of the meat for burgers were thawed out cook and the GM was the one who orders supplies and I guess he was saying she didn't which is why they were out of so many things even including drink ingredients at the bar. It was a disaster and the food that we did get to our table wasn't even worth all the trouble. We're going to think twice about coming back to this location.
I am greatly disappointed in the staff at this location but in their defense, the management display extremely poor leadership. I frequent this location often. During my most recent visit, I ordered a sampler. After waiting 40 minutes, my food arrived cold and several items were prepared incorrectly or missing. When I asked for management, Nico approached my table in a blatantly condescending manner first asking why I was yelling, which I was not. This was also a very sarcastic rhetorical question given the fact that the staff informed him of my request prior to him approaching my table. When I further advised him of the issue, he then asked, "Was anything made CORRECTLY?" as to suggest that I should give credit for partially correct orders.Properly dealing with the public is so fundamental to working in the hospitality industry. Nico failed incredibly during this visit.
