I order a lot from this place and usually never have any problems. I ordered online, 20 minutes in advance and when I got to the store my pizza wasn’t even recognized or made. I get it when the store is busy it will take longer then usual, but the store was empty. The employee didn’t seem to address me about the situation, i waited around 5 minutes when he finally talked to me regarding my order. I mean what was the point in even ordering online, food was great but I just didn’t understand the situation.
The atmosphere here is very nice and friendly. The employees here including the manager are very nice and helpful. The pizza here is great! Very good quality. The place looks really clean and presentable. I got the cheese bread here and it tastes amazing! I recommend trying out their dipping sauce (tomato) that comes alongside the cheese bread.
I order from Blaze frequently and their pizza is delish!! However, I ordered a pizza today and the order was a little off so I called the store. The manager answered the phone and said hello. I was super confused so I asked huh? And he said hello again, what do you need? I’m sorry, is that the way you talk to people?? He said sometimes we get telemarketers and he didn’t like them. I asked him name and he refused. I must have asked 5-10 times. Would NOT give it to me. I then asked which store I was calling and he also refused to give me that information. What is wrong with this place who would hire someone who talks to people like that? I called back and got the call center who told me to call back to get connected to the Berwyn store. I called again and asked the manager’s name and he again refused to give it to me. I will never order from this place again. Merely for the fact he was so rude. I didn’t wanna refund I didn’t wanna new pizza I just wanted to tell them that they forgot one topping and look how I was treated. In today’s world or customer service is a big deal, this man should get a wake up call and if he doesn’t like his job he should get a new one

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with even the manager going out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. The food was absolutely amazing. The only downside is how far away it is from my house!
I love pizza and I’ll come here religiously if the pizzas were more consistent. The ingredients are good and the taste of the pizzas are great but out of the 10 times I’ve ordered, 3 of the pizza’s dough were so thin and hard and the toppings were so scarce it felt like I was eating paper thin cardboard with 5 small pieces of pineapples on it. Those pizzas were supposed to contain cheese as well but I was just only eating hard crust throughout the whole pizza.However, when the pizza is made well, it’s delicious! Maybe it’s best to order 2 hours before they regularly close so that they won’t make a cheap pizza. The best experience, is to eat the pizza, right then and there, in the restaurant when it’s piping hot. The staff are always nice, the lemonades are really good, the prices are great, the building is clean and it feels modern. With all that, it’s one of the better tasting healthier pizzas I’ve had, if done consistently well. So, hopefully, I’ll keep ordering!
Great place and great food but I usually order through their app for pick up. I think sometimes they overlook the instructions or miss the request for the finishes. Attention to detail is key!

I don’t understand why anyone would go to little Cesar or Papa … this place makes their own dough everyday. Has high quality ingredients and bakes the pizza in a stone oven like a Napolitano style pizza is supposed to be made. All of that for an exceptionally low price. I give them 5 out of 5 for price vs quality. You have to eat it there. Because it’s thin crust it doesn’t taste as good 10 minutes after it’s out of the oven.
Very good fresh-cooked pizza. The crust is amazing. Good customer service.
