Good pizza. Mozzarella sticks are fire. Dumbest customer service(with young female). Had to explain my half "cheese" - half "Pepperoni & bacon" pizza, 3 times in a calm, nice way(happy Friday). After understanding my order, she puts the phone down for a "quick" math, does not even bother to ask if I want anything else. Gives me an attitude after hearing my additional order. Runs her numbers again, repeats my address with an attitude, and hangs up the phone. Stop hiring spoiled brats. Don't expect professional customer service from this place. Reviews are pretty consistent. Good food, bad customer service. Wake up......manager?.
Just ordered for takeout. Was told 30 minutes. Walked here with my kids. Then told they got behind and it still be 30 minutes. Unacceptable.

Best pizza in town. The price is reasonable. A great establishment in the community. Need to support local businesses.
First time ordering from here in yearsI asked for crispy which normal people would mean not burnt to crisp all the edges were blackIf wanted well-done or burnt I would have asked for it
Solid pizza in berwyn! Though I must say..why isn't there any decor in this place? It's the oldest white box Pizzeria I've ever seen. Atleast tape a menu on the wall! I walked in and for a second I wasn't if I was at the right place or not as it looked like a doctors office or something.. Lol. That aside, good pizza!
I order often from here , 09 22 21 , 8:15pm lady on the phone ? ⚡ answered , can't take order because they are closing , the add says 9pm and they have online coupons which aren't valid , what wrong whit service here ????
