No chicken wings my first time youngan about 10 took my order I couldn't hv shrimp. I'm my rice so ask for additional meat he charge me 3.00 but rice was good I from out town we don t hv this kind rice
We like wing china. My wife loves the C7, four ranch wings with shrimp fried rice. Price has gone up, but so has everything else.
The service is usually decent, but today they showed me..they don't care about giving good customer service. I called my order in and was told it would be ready in 15 min. I gave them 30 and it still wasn't ready when I arrived I was informed the wings needed to be sauced, ok no problem. I still waited another 15 mins for my food. All the while my rice was sitting on the table getting cold. When I stated that the lady, she lied and said it wasn't but I was watching the girl when she went to give it to me and then put it back and then packed it in my bag when the wings were ready. I asked for a refund and was told no refunds allowed. So my fries were soggy and rice cold. Just know I won't be back.

If I could give them ten starts I would. Wing China is my Go-to restaurant. I go there every twice a week.The food and service always meet my expectations or even exceeds it. Every time I go there, I can see that the workers are trying their hardest to provide good service for us customers even though they are always busy. I can’t even imagine myself in their shoes without going crazy! I’ve also seen that there have been a now hiring sign out on the door for months now and some girls have been coming in and out but I still believe that they are no better than the children helping out. I think it’s amazing how those children are starting young!As a regular, I can tell you, there have been some very demanding customers. I’m not going to go into detail but I am going to say that rules just have to apply during customer service and they should stop asking for everything to be their way. The fact that they were open and tried their best to please their customers is already more than enough so I don’t understand why some are asking for more. I feel so bad for those who have to deal with some of them. I think we should have more contentment for the workers.You guys are doing really great, don’t let any negative comments put you down keep and up the good work.
I would like to give a review of my experience so maybe wing China can do better! I think this a family owned restaurant! I think that the food is great ,and comes out in a timely fashion! Unfortunately, the customer service is lacking! They put to much pressure on the under age children taking the orders. Sometimes mistakes happen and that is understandable seeing that they are children. The children are working so much that there attitudes are also questionable! The adult women running the front with them is nasty and has a terrible attitude! The lack of respect she has for the clientele is very apparent and she is very rude!!! She escalates the tension instead of trying to have good customer service! I would recommend they hire someone that isn’t under the age of 15 to run the front to take orders. So then there is less confusion between the staff and the customers! Don’t eat here if you want to be treated well!
Miss this place bad! The honey garlic pepper wings are my favorite. Moved to Las Vegas and haven’t found a flavor like it!
I love their chicken. There is a variety of flavors and I’ve never been disappointed. Make sure you call it in because they are busy.
