Decent food for a decent price. Feed 4 people with left overs. Staff was polite and helpful. They were short staffed they only had one guy up front waiting on everyone. The best employee I've ever seen. He was working his butt off and still had a smile on his face. Service was still faster than most with only the one guy.

Literally the first time I've had White Castle in about 30 years. The double cheeseburger was awesome. The meat, the cheese the bun were all very good. The fries were meh. Very potato tasting and cooked well, just boring. I got the loaded fries and they were good, but too much ranch for me.

Went through the drive through at 2 am July 6And was told they were out of all product. So you’re telling me you sold out all day and are just now getting product. Stop lying and do your job

Counter service was fine. Burgers were edible but by the time you get to your last one the bun has been completely soaked by the very wet meat. Like half a star better than Krystal burgers.

As one of the only late night options, this location has been doing a great job! From friendly and fast ordering to hot and fresh food - still doing a great job in an otherwise slacking market.

Passing through, I stopped in and picked up 4 Sliders...They were the worse I ever had!!They were dry and bland....hardly any onions and no hint of grease....There's a reason we call them "Sliders"!!Maybe a trip to a WC in Chicagoland might change your taste buds!!The best ones are at 79th and Harlem Ave in Bridgeview......

I normally never go to fast food restaurants, but my brother fondly remembers White Castle from when he lived in Michigan. And he was driving. The counter person mechanically took our order. We got fries and the more expensive 1921 burger because the picture showed it with tomato and lettuce. After waiting about 5 minutes for the order, the fries came cold and the burgers without tomatoes. It was not busy inside, so there didn't appear to be a good reason for this. Trash cans in the restroom and dining area were overflowing. We were both disappointed.

What can you say about White Castle, it's iconic, especially for a late night craving. We had the fried fish sandwiches, the original cheeseburger sliders, fish nibblers, fries and a cream coke. Outside of the price (I remember when they were a quarter) lol, not much as changed. The fish sandwiches are good, although pricey considering their size. The fries were a little underwhelming the night we went, not very hot and needed a little more salt. We always enjoy the fish nibblers (nuggets) and you get quite a few in a medium order. Their grease could have been cleaned, you can tell when it's needed when you pick up a kind of bitter taste. The cream soda was good. We would go back again.

Came through waited in line for 20 minutes or more (they were busy so I understand) I ordered some food and cheese sticks. I forgot to order chicken rings. So when I got to the window I asked to have them added on to my order. He said I would have to drive back around!! Are you joking?? So instead of just ringing them in right there and handling the situation I said forget it. So you lost that sale. I received my food, got home, and was even more upset at the fact that I didn't receive 1 napkin, no marinara for my cheese sticks, and not 1 fork for my cheese fries. Do I LITERALLY need to ask for all of these items to be placed in my bag!? Where I work we serve cheese sticks and automatically give them marinara. We also automatically give them napkins, and DEFINITELY don't tell the customer to pull back around. Not only did you lose a sale, you also lost a customer. I like White Castle but not this location. I will definitely be telling everyone about my experience here. We all know word to mouth can ruin a business. ?‍♂️

Most days is good...... but today my fries tastes like fish and my sliders are burnt and dry like they microwaved them.....? my large dr pepper taste like dirty ice machine. Horrible white castles
