Ordered crave clutch. 2 cars in drive thru took 30 min. Whomever took my order was rude and could barely understand him/her. Just about every fast food place in Belleville is ratchet af.
The worker were slow, the order was wrong or part of it was. There was one lady who helped alot , she finished what the person who took the order messed upShe was very nice

Went there at 2pm. They said they were doing a shift change and we’re not taking orders during that. They didn’t state how long that would take either. Very disappointing. Never ran into a business before that couldn’t still operate during a shift change.
Ordered through the drive thru at 6:15am. Was dark out, but they forgot to turn on sign for menu. Ordered the breakfast sandwich. Used to be an egg sandwich on toast, what I got was a slider. Worst part, I bit down into a piece of plastic. So disgusting! Sandwich tasted of old grease, not sure if the oil they use to fry the eggs needs changed. The girl at the window was pleasant.
This Whits Castle is dependable and staffed well when other chains are still not. Employees are not only professional but courteous, and genuinely pleasant. My orders are usually large and they’re always correct, fresh, with all the condiments I’ve requested. I’ll always be back

Terrible place, food is not always fresh and they always have problems, like system is down and so on.
The food was freshly prepared. My son order was wrong but we still enjoyed our meal
