Ordered a veggie stack, which is on the Wendy's website as a veggie burger. What I got was lettuce, tomato, onion, and cheese. No bun, no plant based patty.
I'm not sure what has transpired, but this location is absolutely terrible. Went through the drive thru and ordered 3 combo meals and one extra burger. Got home and realized two of my items were missing. Went back to the location and had to go through the drive thru- the lobby is closed. No one offered apologizes, the girl at the window literally tossed my bag through my car window and then shut her window. I got home and discovered what she gave me was raw. I called the next day and the manager was downright hateful on the phone. Apparently it was my fault because I went when they are busy. I will never return.
Typically this is my Wendy’s and it’s usually just average but when I looked at my sandwich I thought it didn’t have lettuce of tomatoes but it was just hiding…
There website states they are open until 12:00am but the past three weeks I have driven by around 9:00pm and there are no lights on and no activity. The website needs to be changed. I have attempted to go to this location several times but one never knows when it will be open.
Went to Wendy’s today, and had by far the most awkward and inexperienced service I’ve seen in over 3yrs of being near this place. No greeting at the drive-thru. Asked for two of the same meal, and they gave us the wrong ring up. Got it fixed at the first window, and had to make two more corrections at the second. Completely blown away with the lack of service, and communication between the staff there. Not to mention they charged the second meal more than just adding a second combo meal like the first one that was asked.
Love Wendy's but this particular location is horrible. No customer service at all, food is either wrong or just done lazy and careless. They are rude as well. This is the drive thru in the evening that I've been.
Great frostys late at night!
I actually used to think of Wendy's as a step up from McDonald's. It's probably because I don't get to go there very often. But then when I do finally go I find out it's actually probably worse than McDonald's.\\nFirst off covid is not an issue right now and their lobby is still closed. As far as I know they are the only lobby that's still closed. So we had to use the drive-thru which always feels rushed. We order two baconator sandwiches and two fries and I only received one sandwich. But since they're lobby is closed I had to get back in the Drive-Thru Lane and wait my turn to get my other sandwich.\\nThe burger wasn't anything special either. Obviously whenever you go to a restaurant the pictures you see on the window are not the same as what you receive but this burger look like it came out of a gas station. It was so so and dry and I'm pretty sure I won't be back to Wendy's for a while.
Good food but they take forever every single time I've gone. Anywhere from 10-30 minutes+ for Wendy's. You'd think you were eating at red Robin
We went there to Friday about 5 p.m. finally get to eat inside we thought the food would be fresher and hot fries...WoW!..what a huge mistake!. the girl at register at counter was worried about filling lids and stuff, so a wait at counter. I looked over at manager by fry station had her phone open with a mans face timing sitting phonw by fry station so hecould watch her work and another worker with a full hoodie on playing on his phone while picking up fries with nogloves oneating them out of fry station, another worker came fromback and was reaching in fry stationand eating fries also..I ordered large chili which was luke warm, my fries were lukewarm and hard and my burger was luke warm, go elsewhwre, dont waste your money here..very bad wendys around!
