Or June 10th 2022 I came in for lunch and ordered three tacos. The tacos were horrible they put way too much lettuce and the taco shells tasted old. After I got out the drive-through line I went inside to let them know that my order was messed up and The person who made my food had a attitude and started talking loudly and approaching me with aggression. As me and the worker go back-and-forth the manager doesn’t say anything! He just stands there and ignore it. So after I ask for a refund or have my food made over they call Belleville police on me. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the general manager but no one answers the phone. Every time you go up there in person it’s a bunch of kids on their phones laughing and joking around on the clock. Whoever is over that location should be ashamed of themselves. Poor customer service poor quality a food. They say the General managers name is David Brownlee but you can’t never get in contact or talk to him.
The prices have skyrocketed and the food was terrible. I went inside because the drive thru line was 10 cars deep. There was 1 person ahead of me. I should have stayed in the drive thru line. They all got served first, even though half of them had not ordered yet
Normally, this particular Taco Bell has great service. Here lately, it's declining. I understand the hardships of working shorthanded, but you cannot take it out on your customers.Food was cold, and I was missing part of my order. I'm being generous with 3 stars.
I give them a big fat zero tonight, I waiting in the drive through for at least 15 minutes burning gas then when I get to the window to pick up my order they tell me to pull around and wait, so I did for another 15 minutes and it still wasnt ready! Never again will I waste my money at this taco bell.
Eat anywhere but here.In my opinion this store should be shut down. Rude attitude and mouth from your employees will not be tolerated. Friday may 20th at around 5pm.Taco bell dont worry your so huge. All i have is word of mouth with my familyand my job at Local tv station channel 5 NBC in St. Louis.
Worst taco bell ever they never make the food right and I literally had like 7 fries in my white hot steak fries container and like 4 pieces of steak in my chalupa.
Almost a half hour wait on three tacos and four steak and fries burritos. Watched several people walk in place and receive orders. Used to eat at this location for several years at least once a week when cutting this side of town. Will never return.
Place sucks you can't even order they let you stand there till you walk out with now acknowledgement
I received good customer service. It was refreshing. Fast food restaurants are short staffed and I personally believe staff are overworked. I went through the drive-thru and she was very nice. I watched her double check my order to make sure it was correct. I appreciated this employee making sure my order was correct and have a smile.
A young lady in drive through had tremendous customer service. My fiance and I was very pleased with the way we were treated.
