Of three tacos, only one was decent. I've included pics. These people don't even try. If I had opened them prior to getting home, I'd have asked for my money back. They looked two-thirds eaten already. Only one had tomatoes (a few meager bits). TERRIBLE!!
I'm giving it four stars instead of five because I ordered two different types of crunchwraps, but received two standard ones. I did a walk in and apparently you can only order via the kiosk and not with a person. There's an option within the ordering process that asks if you want hot sauce packets but right around the corner is the area where they all are anyway so you don't actually have to order any via the touch screen. Otherwise my food was fine as usual and everybody seemed like they were in a good mood
Wish I could give a zero I've been there told they have no meat. Sunday I went and they had no cheese. Told by employee goodbye
had terrible service thru the drive in tonight. I used my debt card and got somebody else recipe, asked for mild sauce which i got none of, no napkins and the girl in the window didn't greet me or thank me. Very rude...not going back ever....
You not only charged me for toasted cheddar Chalupas while giving me regular Chalupa Supremes price difference i do not know but I didn't get what I wanted nor did u warn meBut the u couldn't cut my sons Quesadilla. I am all for paying more if I get better service. But this is not good service. And I haven't had good service in the past year. Stop paying more money for lazy workers hold them accountable and it starts with management. Do better
Went here several times. Each time was either disgusting, we were treated rudely, or were very displeased with how they assembled the food. Won’t be going back after several chances.
The worker in the drive thru was very friendly. When we pull up to the window she was having a conversation with my wife and she made sure everything was fix right with our order and before we pull off she told of to have a nice evening.
just went by belleville location, ordered the burritos. n a chicken Cascadia...no Cascadia n the bag when I got home, now i only live bout 3 blocks away ...but called n they fixed my order, plus extra Cascadia....still kinda upset over having to go back ..but im only 3 blocks away ...just saying.....
i wish i could rate places 0 stars! i ordered a simple meal but they manage to mess it up, i don’t understand. i order a number 1 which is 3 hard tacos with a large drink i ordered that with my baja blast and extra cheese on my tacos (that i had to pay for) they forgot to give me my baja blast so i had to drive all the way back went in cause the line outside was long waited about 10 minutes before being helped even though there was no one in line inside mind you the line outside wasnt moving eaither just to get home and see that the extra cheese i asked for them to put on my tacos that i had to pay for was nonexistent? this picture is the taco that had the most cheese out of it all
Our requested Sauce was, for the 2nd time nasty and disgusting. Near all the packets glued together by the sauce of the packets. I CAN NOT IMAGINE THE GERMS ON THOSE SAUCE PACKETS !!! Oh, and here is my RECEIPTMary Jo
