only issue was they were out of soup and baggett but what we had was good server was friendly and professional
Very positive experience; perfect for grabbing some chill lunch with someone you care about, tea is nice, and bread is fresh.
If you are lucky enough they have what you want to order. Constantly "sold out" of simple items. Also, ever since they started the sip club, good luck finding any large cups at the restaurant. Finally, if you are fortunate enough to get the item you want, and a cup, you get to the soda machine and it doesn't work. All in all, it's just a poorly managed store and that's a shame, because I'm a fan of Panera.
Gave up on this Panera after numerous order screw ups. Tried it again after a year hoping things would be better and they still can’t get a simple order right. Don’t waste your time or money.

This Bread Co is batting 100% FAILURE to include the whole order 5 times in a row for us. Drive Thru is shut down, only can go inside, not overly busy, just incompetent staff. Prices are THROUGH THE ROOF! now. We figured after the last failure a few months ago to try this place again. We are done with this store. Order accuracy similar to that of the Burger King at Belleville Crossing!

A week ago, I went through the drivethru at the Belleville location and ordered a sandwich and 6 bagels. 5 Asiago & 1 cinnamon crunch. When I got home, 30 minutes away, I realized 1 Asiago bagel was missing. Normally, I would have just said oh well, but I decided to call and let the manager know of the mistake. I was nice about it, and she responded very nicely and offered to send me a coupon for a bagel upon my next return. I figured I might not get it. But today, I got it! I was super happy that she followed through on her promise and took my complaint seriously. Just wanted to say “Thank You” to manager Stephanie! ? You’re Awesome
Extremely disappointed in the quality of food here. I ordered a classic grilled cheese and I believe it had sat out for a while as the cheese was literally hard. I also ordered a bowl of tomato soup which tasted as though it was old as well. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location.
