They need help in the day time... But when they have a full crew it's a good place to eat
Speakers suck, can barely hear the person and the person can barely understand you. Order was taken wrong, next four orders go out and I download the app and reorder.Kind woman in a bright pink shirt comes out, clarifies that my order was right but that the drink was wrong. She lets me know they're working on the order I placed in the app and it'll be out shortly.A+ customer service, B- for the actual experience (having worked in fast food I can extrapolate that it's just the speaker quality).Just order on the app.
Food was burnt (corn dogs and chicken strips). Chili dog had very little chili and almost no cheese.Tried to call and the number is a fax machine. Tried to call corporate and no one answered.
Went here yesterday evening to try the new sour patch slushy shake. It was ok, but the service was great! While I probably won't be going back for another one of the sour patches, I will return for the nerd slushy and other items in the future.
If I could give no stars I would. I drove 13 miles after looking up Sonic hours on their website. I pulled in at 9pm. It took awhile for guy to come onto the speaker. When he did he said "hey bro we are closed". I stated that the website said 10pm. He said well my district manor told me to close at 9pm tonight. I said well I will call corporate ask them. That's when he started yelling and cussing me out. There was still people in the drive thru and people seated in car and out side at the tables. I will be reaching out to corporate and district manger tomorrow. No customer should be cussed at especially in front my kid.
Lately they have been taking forever to get orders taken and food to customers. The line is around the building and on average it takes 20-30 minutes just to get drinks.
The food was ok they had forgotten my Bacon on my sandwich but other than that it was cool
I love sonic food is great need to improve on the french fries give ppl fresh hot fries not warm fries but no complaints on rest of the food
Even when the line looks super long ..... they are pretty quick inside ... specially if your just stopping for a drink...they'll bring it to you in line
I absolutely love there BLTs on their "Toaster " Texas toast. And believe it or not a full-size BLT sandwich there is cheaper than all the other burgers definitely worth the try just make sure that you get extra mayonnaise on both sides otherwise cuz of the Texas toast it could be kind of dry if you don't have that moisture.
