I want to like this place so bad. The food is really good, however everything else is bad. From the confused wait staff, long waits and often times wrong orders, it’s difficult to eat here, albeit almost painful. We often times walk out if they are busy because we know it’s going to go poorly. Really really sad.
2 stars instead of zero because the host was also the server and was CLEARLY stressed out.Despite calling ahead for carry out, I waited 50 minutes for a serving of pho. One. serving.When I called, I asked what herbs were in the dish. I was told basil. I asked for no basil. You guessed correctly there was basil. There was also cilantro, which I wasn't told was in there and which ruins food for me because it makes me nauseous.My noodles were also stuck together. My food had obviously been sitting for a while. My broth wasn't even warm anymore. Thankfully, rice noodles are rather forgiving.The flavor was rather bland.I will not return.
Me and my fiance love this place the pho is amazing but our waiter was a bit off but we will still go back
We love this place. We come here at least a few times a month. As with everywhere else sometimes can be a bit of a wait do to short staffing but the food is so worth it. Give it a try. They have the best Chinese food around as well as our favorite Vietnamese.

I have been coming to this spot for a little over two years now and I love the food. It is a delicious alternative instead of driving 45 minutes for some Pho. However, I have to weigh the pros and cons. Whenever I try to order takeout they sometimes forget to place the phone back correctly and the phone will ring as busy, so I have to show up and place the order, I know this because I've seen the employees fix it. They have constantly messed up my order and I ALWAYS have to check the bags before I leave. I haven't dined in a long time since there is a revolving door of employees, they don't receive the adequate training so it's becoming a never ending cycle. Also, never rely on their wait times because you'll show up to pick up the order and end up waiting double the time. I keep coming back because the food is delicious but I have to deal with so many issues before I can go home and enjoy my food.
They are okay. Many talk about bland taste. Yes, pretty true. The pho(s) are bland salty. I've tried several over the last couple COVID years. Yes things difficult right now, but not taste, come on. Let's get flavor. I tried to like them. As for as I know, only in area. But there is Grand Blvd St Louis those are good. Anyways I think I've given up here. O bye the way, they have an extra customer charge of $1.00 a person for eating in. I don't know about eating out. Also, many items are X'd out on their menu. So yea, I give up. :-(
Manager was a total jerk! We ordered food we personally didn’t like. I found my food to be super bland and my partners food just wasn’t what they expected. So we calmly told management so and we were met with accusations! Didn’t even offer to let us order something else. We tried to leave only paying for the alcohol bc that’s the only food that we actually ate but they chased us out. Threatening to call the cops on us for food we barely touched when we tried to leave. This was our first and last experience here. We were so excited to try this place and come back! NEVER again.Literally worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had
Called in a simple order and they said it would be ready in 35 minutes on a Saturday. When I arrived for pick up 50 minutes later I had to stand waiting for 15 more minutes before being acknowledged and asked to pay. I stated that I would pay when my order was brought out. The manager came out to say my order was missing. Poor, poor, poor customer service and I will NEVER be back to spend one dime.
