I was highly disappointed with my food this last visit. I normally speak highly of this location. For years every single time I ordered food from them it was FRESH & tasted great! However, my last visit was the complete opposite to the point I took my food back for a refund. Idk if they have some new kids working there but they kept getting my order wrong along with another customer that came back because they forgot something in her order. I will say though that the workers were really friendly despite & that is super important to me. Hopefully they fix the issue!
Literally the worst fast food place I've been in Illinois.I was greeted by a teenager clearly under the influence. She had proceeded to mess up my order which is no biggy, it happens but then treats me very unprofessionally and proceeds to be difficult through the entire process of getting my order right.Food was cold and not prepared well.Staff was very rude and unhelpful. My sincerest apologies to who ever manages this establishment.
Food was Good, Loved the Big Buford, Service from this manager named Raven was Excellent. I’d go again.
So, I checked out this page to find out the hours they were open. Never been there before. I drive down to the store and was told by some completely overly rude person that they were only doing "door dash" at this time. The area outside of drive-thru window was FILTHY. Looked inside through drive-thru window and so was the inside. You lost a new customer.
At this point I'm worried that they wont even get my order out. Ordered for a delivery through postmates, at 10:05 PM. Currently still waiting on them to just hand out my food, went through 2 delivery drivers because one didnt want to wait. It is now 11:43 and they close at 12 and our delivery driver ist still waiting there. $70. And that's rounding down and almost a two hour wait? Unacceptable.
I absolutely love Rally's/Checker's. Hands down the best fries in the game. Food is always good, but sadly most of the Rally's in our area are in pretty bad shape and/or are in highly aged buildings. I give a (fast food) 5 for the food because I always get exactly what i expect, and it's usually hotter than the devil's under-carriage. However, I have to remove a point because of the state of the location. The drivethru in belleville, IL off the beltline and 159 is somehow, strangely, always flooded.
This is about as good as gets for fast food. I have to say I come for the fries. I also look forward to new menu items as well.I rarely eat fast food establishments as I cook for myself at home. However, when I am out and about and in a hurry, I'll stop by Rally's.
Very poor customer service. I asked that my meals be prepared fresh and they served me burnt/re dropped fries. The burgers were still cold in the middle. Called to the store when I got home and let MANAGEMENT know what happened she hung up in my face. I’ve reached out to Rallys corporate twice and have yet to be contacted. I still haven’t received my refund as promised and it’s been 2 weeks now.The so called district manager offered me a coupon book to shut me up …that I still haven’t received! Just an over POOR experience.More like ZERO STARS.I tried to report them to the BBB..but the South Illinois street location is so pathetic they’re not even under the BBB. Throw the whole staff AWAY.
The always have an excuse on why I can't order food. One day it was they were only taking grub hub orders and the other time is that there machines were down and they couldn't take orders. Always something!
Went through the drive thru and was told only taking online orders, there wasn’t 1 person in line and I can see why.
