I will never eat here again! The food was COLD and tasted weird. Tables were dirty and server talked low and fast, even when it was obvious my sister was having trouble hearing him. A Chipotle wannabe but far from it!!! Couldn't finish the food, a big waste of money!
Sent someone in for my order, might have been better if I had chosen myself!
I placed a fairly large order, online, to be delivered to my place of work. The online tracker stated that the order was delivered, but the food never arrived. I could not contact the driver due to a non working phone number. I called the store and talked to their Manager, Julie. She reached out to Door Dash for me, investigated the problem, and was not happy with their attempt at a resolution. She then had our order remade and had one of her staff deliver it to us. She went above and beyond what she needed to do and ensured that a bunch of hungry healthcare workers got their lunch. I could not appreciate her more. I hope that she gets recognized for her exceptional customer service!! Thank you so much Julie!
The line in the drive thru was to long didn't get a chance to order anything so I left
Smells amazing , clean environment, very friendly helpful polite people, they all reached out to help get orders out. Smiles , and tastes great.
Well don't order on the app it's A joke. We set A time to pick it up and it wasn't ready.
The counter employees don't seem to care at all. Food quality was good.
Interior of the building was extremely dirty. There were 3 employees and only 5 customers in line. I ordered ahead and only one other order was prepared before mine
The service here is absolutely awful. I did a pickup order and waited 30 minutes for two other people to come in 15 minutes after I got there, and both leaving with their food. Asked the employee kindly for a refund not even receiving my food (just to not have to pay for food I never received) after waiting 30 minutes, they continue to yell at me telling me that they can’t do refunds. Then they give me a bag of someone’s else’s stuff when they knew my name and order. I gave the bag back and they then made my order wrong again. Took overall over 40 minutes, everyone in line had already been served and two people came and gone after me for pickup. Overall the employees were just extremely rude and did not apologize nor handle the situation well. Will not be returning.
Woman who took my order was rude and did not have a friendly attitude at all. The food was good but I’m less likely to return because of the (lack of) customer service.
