Terrible experience. No soda, wrong menu prices, no credit card receipt, and didn't even get what i ordered.I ordered a #12 (1/4 lb shrimp combo for $7.79).They did not have soda for the combo so got a lemonade. When I paid it was $9.xx. I mentioned the menu price & was told the prices went up but weren't changed on the menu yet.I paid with credit card and when I asked for the receipt I was told the printer didn't work.When I got home I changed out of my work clothes then sat down to eat. I had some sort of chicken sandwich and not the shrimp I ordered.Extremely disappointing. 1st time to get Popeyes. Doubt I will ever give them my business again.
The doors were locked and a child was playing in the lobby! Then going in the drive through they said they couldn’t give change! My husband give her 25 dollars, she came back saying he was short a 1$ then wouldn’t give him change of .70 nor did they tell him until after he gave them cash. He ordered comb meals and didn’t get the drinks. The chicken was cold and not cooked all the way through. That store needsBetter people and better managers.
Workers are braindead. Food is never fresh. It takes 20 times of repeating my order to get it. They also never have anything. They haven't had Spicy tenders in a long time. And they never have ice. Also never have ranch. How can it be this poorly ran?
If I could give no stars I would. When you leave a fast food restaurant feeling intimidated and bullied, it’s a big red flag. I have never experienced service so bad, staff were absolutely useless and incompetent. I WILL NEVER go back and I will tell anyone I know not to go spend hard earned money at that establishment.
An employee was smoking weed in the back of the building while I'm calling over the intercom and I get no responds. Once I got the food the food was not good, chicken was dry. Same employee that was getting high checked me out her name was Tanisha. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The food is good but the workers there so bad people wonder why the line is so long you all have workers looking at there phone in there hands with out gloves on that’s bacterial transferred with their personal items into the food items that they’re serving so one needs to change how there workers downtime is of when they know they have costly costly customers coming through the drive-through this not good at all customer should not wait in line for 25 minutes just to get a spicy chicken sandwich and a small fry I do understand all workers are not the same but everyone should be on the same page to represent this company at all times they need to know if this was their business how would they reenact how would they make sure everything is up to code of there job and also when you go through the drive-through they always say make sure you got the right change if I have a $20 bill and my order is only seven dollars or eight dollars so I don’t get my change back

The food was delicious and the service was great have no complaints other than they forgot to give us our mashed potatoes but we had no difficulty when asked for them.
I'll never go to this location again. Had to give my order multiple times at the speaker after waiting in the drive through between 5-10 min. Almost called to let them know there were 8 cars in line waiting to order. Got to the window, was told to give my order 3 more times, by a very rude employee. Just shrugged it off cause I already decided I'd never go there again. FINALLY, received my order and my soda was flat and food was cold. Don't go to this location. Poorly managed.
Literally didn't get anything I actually ordered!! They didn't have the jumbo shrimp so they tried to force me to just take something I didn't want. I also ordered a fish sandwich and fries. Received an old CHICKEN sandwich instead and NO fries!! On top of that... my beignets looked and tasted like they had soaked in old grease!! What a HUGE waste!!
