We ordered online it said 45 to 55 minutes. One hour went by so we called and was told it would take anothet 2 hours. They only have 2 delivery drivers. So we cancelled and they still tried to deliver it an hour after we cancelled the order.
I asked for extra sauce because they barely put any on my food the last few times I ordered and they didn’t. I received a greasy overly cheesed pizza with no sauce. I never made a complaint the last few times it happened to me but I’m tired of it now. I love pizza and I hate when I ask for specific simple things and they completely ignore it.
The order was hot, accurate, and ready at the promised time. I also like the fact that I had a choice to pay online or when I arrived to pickup the order. Easy contact less pickup.

Food arrived pretty quickly, was hot, and all ordered items were accounted for. The delivery driver also followed my instructions, which I appreciate so much. Great service today!!
Mozzarella sticks were not cooked all the way. Fries were burnt and pizza was awful. I spent 31.00 and had to throw that mess away.
I ordered extra sauce. When I received my pizza it was cold and dry, looked like no sauce. When I called the store it took 3 times before someone answered, 1 time seemed like someone picked up and hung up. I then drove there to return my pizza. 3 employees in the store, 2 completely ignored me and just turned their backs and stood there. The other employee was helping a customer at the drive thru. Kiwanne was the only employee that assisted me, he was great and took care of my issue as quickly as possible. He was the only good thing about my experience. I will not be back.
Pizza was burnt. One had hardly any sauce. The wings had hardly any sauce. Won't be back. Will drive farther to a different store. Tried contacting the store to let them no the issues and they out me on hold for 20 mins
In order to get a "STRONGLY AGREE", the associates should express enthusiasm for your business. Too much complacency...going through the motions. The staff was polite and efficient but a welcome, smile, and thank-you goes a long way. The food was hot, fresh and on-time when I picked it up. The order was correct and complete. I will definitely use this location again.
Same as all other pizza huts they have pretty good pizza will be happy when they bring back the all you can eat at lunch again.
