We tried to get them to come to two separate events. Both time they were no call, no show. Very unprofessional.
Booked them for a work event and they were fantastic! They showed up even in cold weather and stayed positive! 10/10

Wanted to go here for weeks but they're never open. Finally got the chance to go. The cashier was very nice. But when you walk in it feels more like someones empty living room. There were no flavors posted, no menu, no labels, no prices. All of the ice cream was visibly freezer burnt. We gave it a shot and were disappointed. I took one bite and threw mine in the trash. That being said the portion sizes and prices were good.
Was back home over the weekend and online it said it was opened but when we had pulled up at 7pm it was close and the sign said closes at 8pm this is my second time coming back home to Illinois and you guys was close but online says something different you guys really need to fix that. Wish the one in East Saint Louis was still open
Wanted ice cream. Went to the place. Within the hours that were posted on the door. Within the days posted on the door. Door locked. Open sign off. No sign saying only open this month to this month. No sign explaining why they are not open. Not happy with this.
Visited on Saturday 9/14/19 with my daughter. Was served by an older lady who appeared to be offended because I didn't know the Pirtle history. I'm from Michigan. She was arrogant, provided significantly less than half a scoop WITH A SPATULA, then asked for almost $5!! Bad service, bad price, bad quantity!! I tried to patronize and buy Belleville, but I'll continue to drive to Gator's in O'Fallon whenever I want ice cream.
Service was subpar at best and the serving sizes were definitely not worth the price. There’s no menu so you have no clue what you’re ordering, how much it is or what your options even are. I’ll stick to Coldstones
We love Pirtles! My son’s favorite flavor is the Superman! All of the flavors are delicious and creamy, and everyone is so nice!
