I ordered a Chef Salad, the MENU clearly states the Chef Salad containers Garden Salad and Turkey. I got home and the salad had the following. Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Mushrooms, Turkey, Cheese, Pepperoni and I believe croutons. My household does not eat pork and one allergic to mushrooms. I simply called to inform them that we could it do anything with this salad due to the pork and mushrooms. I stayed that normally a garden salad is Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cheese, maybe carrots and radish. If I known the salad had all of that I would have said”hold the pepperoni and mushrooms”. 3 people I talked to yesterday and NOT ONE time did any of them give an apology. All I got was well our Garden Salad consists of this….I CONSISTENTLY said to all 3 “I understand now that you are telling me” however, the menu does NOT a say see OUT Garden Salad for ingredients. Do you think that I would have ordered FOOD that I know could kill me or my family. Finally, I speak with the OWNER Jamie!!! Again, no apology still for POSSIBLY causing harm to my family. Instead all I got was, the menu has pictures and clearly list all ingredients. The garden salad is right under the chef salad. I kept disputing that but they was not hearing it. Jamie also told me that Mushrooms are near lots of other salad ingredients in the facility and that I needed to be careful when ordering salad (I guess from Papa Vito’s) Was I livid that NO one apologized or said we can replace the salad ABSOLUTELY and as anyone would have been. The last 2 people that I talked to never let me finish my sentences but kept justifying how right they were and what the menu says. By the 3rd person I was frustrated, so we both were loud and going back and forth. I kept telling them now that you have explained that I know moving forward. So all in a nut shell Jamie really did not care of the issue at hand, he was more upset that I was loud with his staff. I will not eat there EVER. If you have food allergies to mushrooms don’t get a salad cause clearly they pick up all the veggies with the same utensil. Just sad!!!! Y’all keep up the good work you do at Papa Vito. Maybe I was a lil to ghetto for them!! My family and friends will not eat there anymore.
It was great food, breadsticks were not what I would call traditional but were very good, pizza was good. Our server was very fast and polite
Friendly staff and you can eat gluten free with the salad. The salads are huge, I ended up taking half of mine home, very well priced for the amount of food you get.
Food was absolutely disgusting ?and overpriced and their workers have bad attitude and service, and they like to steal money. DONT GOOOO HERE theres a reason why their parking lot is ALWAYS empty? If i could give zero stars i would. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION, go to millstadt or the east end one. Dont even bother. Pathetic as hell .

We love Papa Vitos but tonight when we arrived at 7:45, we were told they stopped seating - they close at 9:00 and no one was waiting to be seated. It was very disappointing as we drove an hour to get there. Great food but if this is their policy to stop seating an hour and fifteen minutes before closing, they should let people know.
The absolute best Calzone and Wings you'll get in the area. Huge portions so be prepared to take some to go. Salads are good too.
