We order from here fairly often and they absolutely WILL NOT read your instructions. If you have dogs, they WILL ring your bell and likely knock as well. Even if you have it spelled out NOT to. Order when your kids aren't napping when they arrive is all I've got.
I have to avoid gluten or I have horrible repercussions. Paps Johns GF crust is one of the best and safest. I however need extra chese to make it worth buying. Thats just my preference. Out of the last 4 times only 1 out of 4 times of asking for extra cheese did I actually get extra cheese. One of the 3 times denied the extra cheese I was given extra sauce. I can't deal with the extra sauce on the GF crust so my meal was basically unedable.The rest of my family asked fro extra cheese last time and also did not get extra cheese.
My husband placed an order for delivery online. The website estimated 35 minutes for the delivery. After calling the store an hour later was told there’s only 1 driver, but the order was ready and would take another 35 minutes to reach our door. We decided we’d pick it up so we asked if we could do that and she said she was the only person in the store so she would need about 20 minutes to make the order…I’m not sure why she lied at first and said it was made. During these conversations we were placed on hold for long periods. I used to love this place but service is definitely a reason for me to give up on it.
We ordered a pizza last night around 10pm. Next day the entire house has food poisoning. Very disappointed
Never order well done! Pizza was burnt top and bottom! I think that I am done ordering here also.
First time I took it as it was just a mistake with a paid a good tip but was shorted on the sauce I had paid for because there is a charge sauce up. Then I order today not only do we find a hair on the pizza but it’s cold after it was delivered I’m so confused as to what is going on at this location.

Two stars instead of one because the pizza was decent. The wings however were probably the worst wings I've ever had from a pizza place or any place in my life. They were mushy and rubbery. I questioned if they were real chicken. I threw more than half away because the skin was inedible. Do they boil their chicken? Maybe I'm the only one who doesn't know not to order wings from Papa John's. This must be the lowest grade of chicken available. Made in Vietnam. This is the first time that I've had to take into consideration the time and effort required to get through the mushy disgusting outer layer for the payoff of two bites of supposed chicken meat. Please don't sell this grade of chicken anymore. Perhaps the chicken was too old and had begun to coagulate.
Order almost every night and pay with cash but tonight for some reason they wont let me pay with cash and asked if I could pay with card. I make cash tips and no longer have a need for a card. I guess I'll just go hungry tonight. At least the woman was polite though.(grrrp) was that my stomach oh well?
