Didn’t use the code I gave them, then said they couldn’t do anything about it after I cashed out. But before I paid for it I made sure and asked if they used my code, she stated she did. Then messed up 2 of the burgers, had no napkins, straws, had to ask 3 times for condiments no name tags on any of the employees I had noticed through the drive-thru.
Service was slow, food was okay. They seem to prioritize the drive they over inside customers.
Ice cream machine is almost always broken. There food is still really good. But I can never get Frappuccinos of ice creams. The ice cream machine rarely works.
Good customer service! Most of the time the drive thru is pretty fast.
We have tried to get shamrock shakes 4 times now and each time we’re told “we’re not selling shakes right now”. Well you’re advertising them so why are you not selling them. That’s worse than saying the machine is “broken”. If you’re lazy just say that.
Not as good as other McDonald's but it's all about the shift you catch cause I went the second time and it was great and very nice people first time not so much

It’s so sad that we can spend our hard earned money but cannot simply get a burger without hard stale buns at this location. This location has given us hard buns and dry burgers multiple times. Then when you ask for them fresh they just lie and give you the same thing. If we pay our money, why can’t we get at least half of what we’re expecting?? I’m making SURE I call corporate. This location has enough bad reviews and has done enough!
Taking into account that is a challenge to acquire quality staff, they showed effort. My fries were cold and my drink order was messed up. It took 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me. Then I waited an additional 10 minutes to get my drink that was sitting by the machine, even after I pointed out that the lonesome drink was mine.
Didn't realize that they stop selling Salads and Grilled Chicken. We all don't eat Fried Chicken.
