We went inside to order. As soon they seen us walk up to order the all took off to the back. Finally a girl said hey you have someone on front line. Girl replied I know and walked over. She took our order and we left. Got home find out they shortage us a big mac. I am type that's too scared they will do something to my food if I go back up there so I lost out. That place needs a better crew every time they mess up our order.
Ordered food off grub hub and i didnt get all my food or drinks and they refuse to give me my food or money back
This is the only McDonald's that gets my frappes right. Caramel with extra drizzle and extra whip cream on the top and bottom. Everytime they nail it!!
Love everything. I like to go here every day and get a cone of vanilla ice cream. The ice cream has such a great taste. I love McDonald's.
It was good. Unfortunately there is so much turn over with employees. It seems when they start to get it they are gone. And the process starts all over.
If I could give it lower than one star, I would. I don’t complain about restaurants but the workers at this location have no people skills. I had better service in the Middle East. Didn’t get my order either.
Almost an hour past opening time and the lobby is locked and no one answers the drive through. This happens multiple times per week.If you’re an early riser/commuter…don’t waste your time with this place.
This place just keeps going further and further down the wrong road. The employees can be so rude on the headset for no reason, I’m guessing just because they don’t wish to be there. The food is just not as good as it used to be. The prices are ever increasing, but the quality and quantity seem to keep declining.
Rude workers, slow service and product that looks like a toddler put it together.
UPDATE: now my son is sick because your employees apparently can’t cook either… should be ashamed of yourself for feeding anyone undercooked food, especially children, I would’ve left if the food had been for me… I sat in line for 15 minutes for 2 happy meals, the car directly in front of me was handed two drinks, sat there talking to the girl in the window for another 5 minutes and left, with no food, the girl handed me two drinks. I sat there waiting and she asked me if I needed something else, my happy meals, oh can you pull forward we’re waiting on chicken nuggets…so in 15 minutes, with three or four girls just standing by the window they couldn’t make 10 chicken nuggets and stick a toy in a box… all they could manage was two small drinks and every order behind me…as four cars were served in line after they asked me to pull up, never again McDonalds, oh and apparently they couldn’t find 5 cents anywhere to give me the rest of my change because of “the change shortage”, how many people are going to be swindled out of money?
