More often than not, it seems they need to serve Frappes, yet they always have a broken machine. Come on guys.. Call for repairs! Equipment upkeep is part of Management/ownership. Plus they are losing the sales.
I usually only write reviews when something is particularly good or bad. My experience with McDonald's is usually pretty hit or miss. I just had to comment about how welcoming and helpful Levi who took our order and payment was. This was definitely one of my better McDonald's experiences because of him.
They told my delivery driver that "They don't do mcflurries." after making him wait for an extended period of time for one item. When I got my quarter pounder deluxe the patty was cut in half and one half was completely pink. This was potential food poisoning, what happened?
I ordered on the Mobile app. The first time I went through the drive-thru they couldn't find it. The second time I had to wait 10 minutes for literally 2 customers in front of me. They gave me the wrong drink. So I went back and had to get my own drink. I shouldn't have had to get out of the car. The THIRD time I had to go back was because they forgot my sandwich. They had two other customers, not busy enough to make THIS many mistakes. Every single person at that store treated me like an annoyance every single time. The manager was rude and not once did a single person say they were sorry or acknowledge a mistake was made.I manage a successful restaurant, and this was just an embarrassment to watch. The manager was being yelled at by team members about breaks instead of paying attention or oders. That manager has zero business being in charge of anything
Day before yesterday they forgot basket of fries. Went back for them and they acted confused! Today there were 2 long hair in my box of 20 nuggets. Of course I had accidentally eaten 1 choking me and causing me to puke up my fries! This location always seems to have something going on!
Went quickly thru drive up. Got my correct order. The food was hot and freash
I asked for a bacon quarter pounder and instead I paid the price for it but there was no bacon
The young man who brought out my food made me and my moms day, sadly did not catch his name. Food was great and so was the service.
This Mc Donald's have the worst possible presentation of your food orders.they just slap together your burgers& chicken sandwiches.They have way to many teenagers working there that DO NOT TAKE THEIR Job seriously.when you pull up to the Driver through You Can see them horse playing around with each other.the young lady kept asking for chang for her drawer.And the manager on duty just ignored her.HOW Unprofessional!!! This Mc Donald's just lost me As A CUSTOMER! I will never PATRONIZE them AGAIN.I WORK TO HARD FOR MY MONEY TO GET HORRIBLE FOOD AND SLOW AND SLAPPED TOGETHER FOOD!!?
Ordered 4 sausage egg McMuffins and all 4 were bread ONLY. NO sausage, no egg, and no cheese!! Stay away as this place obviously has management and employees 3 fries short of a happy meal.
