Not excited to see the increase in the HNR.. didn't feel there was anything more special about it. I guess price hikes everywhere are inevitable ??♂️
i love this place so much because the male cashier marcius is so spot on!!!!!! Very best cashier there. He makes myself comfortable and also my mother. Hes very respectful and the only reason I come here is to have service from him. MAKE HIM A MANAGER!!!!!!!!
I love there pizza. Friendly employees, food doesn't take long when asked for fresh.
Ordered deep dish pizza pepperoni (stated as thick multiple times) and a meat pizza. Super confused if the 9 or 11 is inches or price as staff seemed confused too. Paid $20.04 which could not have been accurate as we also got a bottle of sprite. Waited 10 minutes to drive back thru pick up window just to get regular crust pizzas. No receipt offered or provided. Paid cash.
Something has happened or changed at this location recently within the past couple months (as of today 4/22/2022). Now you can’t even place online orders when you used to be able to. I had done it half a dozen times with no issues. On top of that, When I go in there. I see signs on the windows that say “we will be closing early this wknd” but give no reason. They wouldn’t even let me go inside to pick up my order. Made everybody wait in line & go Thru the drive Thru just to pick up the order when we could have just gone inside. Punched in our code & grabbed our food & left. Going inside requires no help from employees where going thru the drive Thru does require them to cater to us. And worst of all. Since the online ordering no longer works. Every time I call. They either just let it ring until it goes to the answering machine (that you can’t leave a voicemail on) OR they answer & say really fast & loud “Sorry weRE NOT TAKING ANY MORE ORDERS TONIGHT” & hangs up not letting us say a word. Or sometimes they will just pick up & hang up. This has happened onMultiple occasions to us now. It’s pretty disappointing. This location used to be fine & have no issues. It’s like recently they changed management to somebody completely incompetent or something else that I can’t explain. I just hope they fix it soon & until then. I hate to say it but I do not recommend this location at all…
Had a misunderstanding on a pizza order and received terrible customer service by the little girl at the window, her attitude was terrible despite my husband being calm and polite.
Picked up a pizza and it was slightly over cooked on little over half. I asked for a replacement. The just exchanged the half of a pizza with a new half! Which means the next person to ask for a pepperoni received half of our burned!
Pretty fast on special orders when you go through the drive-thru
Waited 15 mins for my food only to be told it would be another 10. Picked up my food and opened up the breadsticks bag to see burned breadsticks. I gave them 2 chances and will never order from them again.
If you could see the condition of this establishment from the inside you would definitely NOT visit. I can’t believe they pass inspection!
