Waited for 30 minutes just to get the wrong thing. I'm pretty sure it doesn't take that long for popcorn chicken to cook for a famous bowl.
Poor service Laine she is a scam beware!They don’t even have half the stuff on the menu. Then they always shorts or order I would not go to this place if my life depended on it. When they do pick up the phone they don’t let you speak to the manager. Stay far away
The chicken tasted old and it was to bite into. I left disappointed.
Employees either high or Just simply rude. They need a dress code unless management think it's ok or necessary for customers to know what color underwear/boxers the employee is wearing (sagging).
Not bad, you can get a full meal for yourself for around $12.Food overall was good.
Nashville chicken is still the reason I go to KFC. I love the ability that I could pretty much order whatever chicken I want and then ask for the Nashville hot upgrade and it's a little bit more money but they'll put the sauce on everything. Another cool thing is that I drive a truck for work everyday and it's a little bit too tall for the drive-thru, but this place is cool enough that even during heightened Covid times they would let me come into the lobby and just order my food and wait for it there. Not too many places are doing this and for some reason lots of drive-thrus are shorter then 9 ft.
Rude people. Too short staffed. Not even knowledgeable about their own menu and specials. Slow. Like…why bother anymore? Last time for any kfc for us. Consistency bad at almost any location and this one just cuts the cake.
Went to drive through & got the chicken pot pie. Great choice for something a little lighter at KFC.
I used to love going here, but i am done now. The last 2 times was just awful. The first the chicken was almost burned looking and tough. Today 3 little strips that were probably left from yesterday. Tough and cold. I asked for butter and jelly for the biscuit and didn't get it. Price was almost 10 dollars. I should have gone down the st to Lee's. The had a 3 piece strip meal for 5.99. I was hoping they improved since i was there a couple months ago, but now worse. So no more....
Try to charge me $48 for 16 chicken tenders The order board through the drive-through said 17 something they told me yeah the price went up I will never go back to this place there are a bunch of thieves
