Neat place, good food, and nice atmosphere. Proportions of entrees a little small for cost but delicious. We had an appetizer, homemade pork rinds, that were absolutely amazing and the perfect amount! Despite the proportion size of entrees a little small this easily would have been a 5 star experience but we had lousy service. Server forgot orders, was very dry, and inattentive. It is quite possible he was just having a bad day. We will be back, the restaurant is definitely worth that. I believe service will be better on the next trip.
We went as a extended family of 7 on a Friday night. First time my wife and I had been there, others had been before. Place was not overly busy and we were seated right away. The good - the food - we had two different pizzas, chicken strips, barbecue pork sandwich, tenderloin. Everyone enjoyed the food. The bad - the service. Our waitress acted as if we were a bother to her. She was short and snippy and smart assed when we asked about items on the menu or added something to our order after the original order. We will try again because of the food but if the service is the same we will not be back.
Late night take out-5min to kitchen closing Which I really rarely ever do but desperate times call for desperate measures ...so 5 minutes to kitchen closing I call for a Togo & this bartender couldn't have made me feel any less rushed in my ordering he kept reiterating to take my time that I was fine, made me feel a lot more comfortable placing the order and then never made me feel bad about it Or annoyed or that I was being inconsiderate etc to me that went a long way. Thus my over 20%tip on a $60order reflected my respect and appreciation for this service ( HEY SERVICE INDUSTRY THIS IS HOW ITS ACTUALLY DONE & HOW YOU MAKE GOOD MONEY!) even when I came he was so genuine and kind and Accommodating 30 minutes after the kitchen was closed I jokingly asked if he could add on 2 desserts togo and he did so happily As he totally understood being in the business of making money means making sales it seems like such a simple concept yet time and time again I'm seeing less and less evidence of people understanding thisSo props to the service of this place and to management for setting the example of this type of service & accountability...I feel As though it's becoming less and less common, a lost concept in society to see individuals in the customer service profession actually be of service,be perfessional and take pride in what they do!So when I do witness it I firmly believe, it needs to be recognized!The food-VERY DELICIOUS! Even at 5 minutes till close not a single thing about my entire order seemed rushed or overlooked due to closing time of the kitchen so perhaps to the kitchen staff as well because I know you are wanting to get out of there because I've been in your shoes as well also
I knew that some of us would not like the tomato based sauce that is on the ribs, so I definitely asked for the sauce to be on the side, but it was all over all three racks of ribs. To their credit, the restaurant offered to cook new ribs for us, but since it was a to go order and quite a distance from our home, we were unable to take advantage of it.
A staple of Belleville's West End, Fletcher's original location is a great stop for a burger, a pizza, or a steak. The sandwich options such as the turkey avocado wrap are always a reliable choice for good food.
Ordered two meals for my husband and my birthdays at end of January. My small order of fettuccine was $22 because they charged me $11extra to add 4 small shrimp! Won’t go there again!
Always good food and good service! Steaks, sandwiches & pizza all at a fair price. They also have a nice enclosed patio with large LED TV's to watch the big game on. Highly Recommend!
Our family visited this restaurant for the first time after driving through the Lady of the Snows light display. We went on a Saturday night and were worried it might be busy but we were able to be seated quickly. Our server Dailyn was exceptional. Our food was fantastic. My husband had the Western burger, our son had the Triple Cheese burger, Gma had the slider appetizer and my daughter and I had the chicken Alfredo. The chicken was very juicy and tasted great with the pasta. The food came quickly. Our server kept the drinks constantly filled with out us even asking. She was always ahead of us on what we needed. The kids have already said we need to bring them back.
Atmosphere was nice. Our waiter Dustin was friendly and stayed on top of our drink refills. They have pepsi products for you mountain dew lovers out there. The vegetables on my burgers tasted fresh cut which is always a good thing. They due have a vegetarian burger. I recommend the buffalo fries as an appetizer. I did not use the bathroom so i can not comment on the cleanliness of it but the dining was kept clean. I will return.
Stopped by for lunch on a weekday. I tried their special, a Southwest Steak Salad with a pint of Blue Moon. Service was great and the food was delicious!! Will return!
