This website is complete garbage. When you get a "free pizza" they still charge you for it. For example, if you order chicken bacon and ranch for the "free pizza" which is only 2 toppings, they upcharge everything. Your "free pizza" suddenly costs around 3 dollars, and if you ask them about it at the store, they tell you "we don't upcharge for those toppings, not sure what's going on, but we cannot alter website orders." If you order a normal "free" pizza, like bacon mushroom, they charge you $0.54 for it.Now the fun part. If you have a free pizza, and you want to order others on the $5.99 pickup "deal," they keep your "free pizza" points, but the website charges you for the free pizza the moment you use the deal. If you're not paying attention, they steal over $10.00 from you.$5.99 pizza? Want to customize it, but keep it at 2 toppings? Go build a 2 topping pizza for $5.99, change the toppings to bacon chicken ranch (2 toppings, sauce just being replaced), and see that price jump to roughly $11.50. Again. Management at the store, directly stated they DO NOT upcharge for sauce changes or chicken or bacon.Their website is designed to lie, cheat and steal your money. if you order, check it out for yourself. Don't let them steal your money for subpar pizza.
3 hour wait on my order, so I called to cancel for something quicker. Called for cancellation and sat unanswered for 20 minutes. Hung up and called again, was directed by dominos customer service to the managers phone and sat unanswered for another 15 minutes. Finally went to the store to personally cancel order. Walked in to employees playing around in the kitchen and on their phones. Not to mention the multiple leaks in the roof around the kitchen and front counter (some coming from the light fixtures.) Honestly I’m shocked this place is still open based solely on a health code standpoint or the fact that there hasn’t been an electrical fire. Will never order again, save your time and go somewhere else.
3 hrs for cold pizza 0 stars not even one star. I shouldve bought $50 in groceries & hand tossed my own pizza. Never again Dominos NEVER AGAIN!
Got the garlic twists and cheese dip only to find I was given no bread and no dip! All I got was a tin of shredded cheese that was sent thru an oven. There was no sauce or dip in the tin. And our thin crust pizza was beyond overcooked. Like 1/3 of the pizza from the outer edge in was inedible and burnt. This was at 4:45 and they weren't busy, so idk what's going on with this place, but I regret going back to dominos. Pizza hut is more expensive, but at least the food is edible.
Waited for my curbside pickup for 45 minutes. Finally just walked into the store, and they hadn’t even started my pizza yet even though the tracker said they did. I can’t eat cheese so I ordered a cheeseless pizza, saw them accidentally drop a little cheese in it and pick it out with their fingers.Watched and listen to them call people waiting on delivery orders already for 2 hours and tell them they have to wait another 1-2 hours.Manager was stressed because no one knew how to do anything, but she had such a bad attitude sighing and acting like she didn’t want to deal with customers calling on the phone.First and last time I’m ordering from that location.
Almost ruined my sons B-Day Party! I contacted the store 3 days prior to needing pizzas for my sons birthday party about needing pizzas. The manager had told me that it wouldn't be a problem and to just order using the app a few hours prior to needing them. Well I did this and when I checked my app about a half hour later it stated my order was canceled and to call the store. So I called the store and was told it would take them almost 6 hours to deliver my order. When I told them I could pick them up they said it didn't matter because they were short staffed. I will never order Dominos and would recommend to stay away from this store! I then ordered from Papa Johns which told me they were short staffed and only had 2 people but managed to get me the pizzas on time and totally saved the party!
The worst experience ever. Im never ordering from these guys again. They cancelled my order after waiting patiently for over an hour. The tracker doesnt even work. It said "Chris" was prepping my order and yet one hour later "Chris" was still prepping. They called me and I amswered the phone but they didnt say a word. So I got a text saying order Cancelled.
If I could give a zero they lied about delivery time 3 hours later frove by the house 3times even waved at the guy never again will be ordering from there again bad business
I placed my order at 1:41 and it took until 3:21 just for two one topping pizzas to arrive.Rather order from Papa John's or Imos...
The last three times I tried to order they would cancel my order and tell me they can’t deliver anymore tonight. Their hours say till 11pm and the first time was around 9, second time 8:30 and this time I order at 7:30. The second time they refused to give me a refund with no reasons said they only could give me $20 store credit when I had a $40 order but This time though they just canceled my order without calling me or anything. Had to find out an hour later when trying to track my order. When I called they didn’t have any other answers for me but we can’t delivery to you, offered me no other options, nothing. And I work in the food industry so I understand if you are backed up but sounds to me they are just being lazy and give me terrible service over the phone. Never order from here
