Angelica A was our server and in spite of their short staff, she was excellent. She also made sure that the restaurant was kept clean. She could easily manage it.
Went to Dennys last weekend with my mom for lunch. We both got hamburgers. They tasted aweful like the meat was bad or the grill was dirty. Gabe a star for the waitress though. She was sweet. Oh the cheese was ice cold not melted on the burger but it didn't matter since we couldn't eat it anyway
We had to ask for everything even silverware. The chicken strips and the chicken fried chicken were burnt so hard you couldn't chew them when we brought it to the manager's attention he said they have to fry it a little longer because it's thicker chicken when the chicken they get is already precooked. It was really a mess. But the manager count our entire meal for three of us.
I've been to alot of Denny's an let me just say superb service, professional cashiers who look through all menu option to see whats available and my food was absolutely perfect no hard edges on the cheese hashbrowns nice fluffy-buttery eggs with cheese I'm a fan.
The food was really good but that is the only good thing about our visit. After ordering, our waitress came back to tell us they were out of chips for the nachos. Also, after telling me that the $2, $4, $6, $8 is still in effect, came back to tell me that there is only 4 items on the menu and the prices were more expensive. It took forever to get our food. When we did receive our order it was missing something, which she said she forgot to order. Me niece decided to order what my son had ordered after she tasted his. She ordered the same thing without mushrooms. My son and I had to leave before the her food and the missing good arrived. While I was paying, another waitress came to the cash register to tell my waitress that a skillet was a up. I told her it was my niece's and please bring it out to her. Our waitress said the pancake puppy's weren't done yet. I told her, that's fine, take it to her bc she is starving. I left. I found out later, from my sister, that my niece, after seeing her food up in the window for awhile, asked another server to please bring her the food. That server went to tell our server to please bring it out. She the puppy's weren't up yet and then the food disappeared from the window and didn't come out until the other food was ready. Extremely disappointing. We will not be going back for a long time.
Tried for over 30 minutes to call and place an order and no one would answer the phones. Drove by there to pick up dinner from somewhere else and only a couple cars there. Definitely not busy, just chose not to answer the phones
