The triple chocolate brownie is delicious. The warmed brownie accented by fudge, chocolate shavings and ice cream are a great combination ?
Cashiers and front end workers are really nice and fixed my order after it was carelessly rushed out. I had to drive back up back I received a $5 free coupon. Food was good once fixed.

Food was very good reasonably priced in the place was clean. The employees that waited on me were very friendly and polite.
My daughter and I came here for lunch and I had gotten a grilled chicken blt salad. They use to be so good filled with cheese, bacon etc... this time I paid over $6 for Lettuce. There was barely any cheese and bacon. It was just thrown on there. My daughters chicken sandwich had barely any toppings on it. Then what aggravated me the most is that there were grandparents with their little grandkids which 1 of the kids had an egg allergy and the grandparents were making sure nothing contained egg in it and the girl by the register and the girl who seemed to be a manager rolled thier eyes and just didn't even seem to care and wouldn't double check to see if anything had egg in it. If that little boy gets sick it's on you. I feel that needs to be taking seriously and not with a grain of salt. Don't think I'll return to this DQ.
I am discouraged from coming here again.I ordered the meal deal cheese burger which it indicates that you can upgrade to small blizzard for $1.00 The employee lied to me and said that was discontinued. she charged me for mini blizzard which they did not make as requested. I was more upset when I read the marquee upon leaving which indicated they still had the $1.00 upgrade. The employee listed on the receipt is Sanala. I hope management reads this. If employee doesn't know something ASK. I may not be back. I will just go to Culvers

The blizzard was great but the burgers and fries were just okay.
All my food was cold, and I only live about 1.5 miles away from this DQ. I did call and speak with a manager.She asked if I wanted to come and have the order remade. I explained that I had just gotten back from Chicago and had planned to just get food and relax. So also offered to refund money the next time I came there. I told her she didn't need to do that, but they could just replace the order when I did come back. So they get a 5-star rating for the Manager, knowing that you stand by your brand. And that she did. It's a shame on my part; however, for not remembering her name. I'm blaming that on my Chicago trip..I commented that they can't allow their reputation to become that of, say, a McDonalds. And that I come there because I can count on food being done right.She said that she would make sure the other managers knew about what took place with my order. That way, when I go back, it will get replaced.Hats off to a manager who doesn't mind being what a manager should be...PROFESSIONAL!!!
This place used to be nice and food was fresh. But honestly the workers are all ghetto now. They're rude and have a nasty hood attitude. So no wonder the food from them is cold and rubbery. I doubt they clean anything by the looks of it and the trash at the drive thru window. They also used to repeat your order back at the drive up. Now it's, uuuh..ok dawg. And you see lazy slobs that act like they don't do work cause they're queens.
