We ordered a 10pc meal and chicken tastes very bland & no biscuits & no white meat chicken available. Hours are different from website vs on the door. Not sure if will return or not was disappointed but had no time to run up there again.
Terrible service. The store is supposed to open at 10:00 AM. We arrived at 10:50 AM and found the store still wasn't open. They had a sign on the door saying that the store won't be opening until 11:00 AM. Internet says they suppose to open at 10 AM. This store need to close down.
It is truly ashame that our fast food restaurants are in such sad shape....the actual Church's Chicken signage on the door says they open at 10:00....you get to the door and there are 2 different pieces of paper taped to the door ....one says they are open from 11:00 - 8:00 today the other says we will be opening at 1 o'clock today.I just don't get that they couldn't put forth the extra effort to make sure the correct signage is displayed.Well they say Americans are lazy I guess point proven!This used to be such a great establishment years ago and boy has time taken its toll on the quality of this restaurant.
The food was excellent. The employees could have been nicer. They weren't friendly at all. If you can look past some nasty attitudes then you will get great chicken and sides.
I have officially given up on this location. They change their hours very frequently to their convenience, and are not a reliable place to frequent. Seems that once they’ve made that magical number for the day, they shut the store down.
Honestly, I don’t know why I keep giving them a chance. This location is TERRIBLE. Somebody always has an attitude, if not everyone. And they’re ALWAYS out of something. They need to update their menus to just chicken and they barely even have that. The waits are so long, even if you order ahead online. Just don’t even bother with this location.
I grew up on Church's chicken. We had it almost every Sunday when I was a little girl and it was absolutely delicious. Well as I got older, I wasn't eating it as much because the grease would make me sick. I'm 5 months pregnant and was craving it, so I got me some. Didn't know I would get this sick. I'm on my way to the hospital now.
Posted open at 11, chicken still had 20 min before they could serve. Came back 30 min later. Still waited almost 30 min for a quick lunch order & very poor customer service! Would not rec this location!
Always good wish was closer to home . Fast service . Not overly busy. Friendly service.
I ordered sweet tea, and was given unsweetened tea (which is sn abomination.) I ordered a side of corn, received nothing. I requested 2 packets of sauce, got nothing. How can quality control be this consistently horrible?
